Also, the professional cleaning fee is included for non-discounted stays of 3 or more nights; otherwise, the linen & cleaning fee is $450 for stays less than 3 nights. Cleaning includes a 10-point sanitation checklist of surfaces such as knobs/handles, switches, railing, counters, sinks, tubs, appliances, etc.
Ferry tickets to transport vehicles may be available to our renters (at cost) for select dates during the busy months (please inquiry if interested).
Please note guests typically travel to Martha's Vineyard by ferry or airplane. Tickets are required for ferry passengers and vehicles (if you decide to bring a vehicle -but a vehicle is not needed to enjoy this location). Vehicle reservation slots may fill up during peak times, so it is recommended to make ferry reservations well in advance of your travel/arrival date (walk-on passenger tickets are typically available even when vehicle reservations are not available).
