Perched in one of the best locations of the resort, this ski-in/out condo is located on the top floor and features panoramic views over the Steamboat Ski area and the Yampa Valley. Vaulted ceilings in the living room and master bedroom create an open, spacious feeling. Newly updated bedding includes two twin XL's in the second bedroom and a high quality queen+ sleeper sofa from American Leather in the living room. You enter the home and immediately notice the open concept layout and the nice modern touches throughout the condo. The large open kitchen features modern appliances, a breakfast bar with seating for four, and an adjacent dining area with a large table with plenty of seating for the whole family. The living area has a cozy gas fireplace, Google smart TV, a large sofa, and two comfy armchairs for everyone to spread out and relax.
The Torian Plum Condominiums is located in the heart of the Steamboat Ski area, so hopping on and off the slopes will be a breeze. Nestled next to the loading point for both Gondolas, Christie Peak Express and Steamboat Square, Torian Plum is in an ideal location for any family. The complex also has an outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, fitness center, grills, and underground on-site parking. Some of Steamboat's best apres-ski locations for drinks and food are located on-site, and you can shop to your heart's delight at the local boutiques and galleries.

Ski shuttle details:
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
