One Bedroom Ocean View Deluxe Luana Kai D101

D101 with AC is a 1 bed, 1 bath ground floor full ocean view condo with a king-size bed.  There is a sofa bed in the living room. This corner unit has added side windows to allow trade wind breezes to flow through the condo.  There are ceiling fans and split system ac in the living room and bedroom. The kitchen is redone with granite counters, tile back splash, and recessed lighting. There is a shower in the bathroom. The tennis & pickleball courts and park area are easily accessed from this location. Enjoy dining on the lanai while watching spectacular sunsets or a rousing game of pickleball.  

Lovely pool area with hot tub, saunas & 5 gas bbq grills.   Tennis & pickleball courts.

Great Location

Kihei is a great central location to everything on Maui, condo was clean and neat, pool area was nice to have with the kids.

Great stay!

I enjoyed my stay here. Although it’s not the most modern and updated, it was clean and comfortable and included all the things I needed. I actually added one more night to my initial stay because I was enjoying it so much. I will absolutely stay again!

Great spot for families!

We really enjoyed our stay! There are sports courts right outside, which were a hit with our boys. We loved that the complex has a hot tub, that adults went in while the kids played in the pool. I loved that the unit had a washer and dryer! We will certainly be back!!!

Corner floor unit

Well stocked kitchen, ocean view, right outside the pickleball courts. Bring your own paddles and balls (none in the unit). Tennis rackets are in the unit, and two tennis courts are beside the pickleball courts.

Just as advertised.

A great location. A very well appointed and comfortable place. Perfect sunset watching at the beach right in front of the complex. The only downside was the pickleball court right in front of the suite.

I am Leslie and I moved to Maui 40 years ago.  I immediately started work at Luana Kai in Kihei and am still here.  I am blessed to call Luana Kai my FAMILY.  I have had the pleasure of watching families grow up year after year and some who were babies when I started are coming back with their babies now.  Such a delight.  

I am happy to say most of my employees have been here for 10 plus years.  We are on site in the front office and can take care of you.  We are a happy bunch and look forward to welcoming you to our Luana Kai home.
