Château Arlens is located in the heart of Gascony, famous for its Armagnac, wines, food and picturesque countryside. The chateau is situated on a knoll of land overlooking the rolling countryside south to the snow-capped Pyrenees. It is completely surrounded by 63 hectares of its own woods and pastureland.
The chateau has three floors. It has an air of non-fussy elegance and is comfortably furnished. The ground floor is utilitarian and reserved for Chateau maintenance. The first floor is the main living area reached by double flanking stone steps to the front door. It includes a modern kitchen with a new terrace overlooking the swimming pool, a large day room with terrace, a vast drawing room, a dining room, two large ensuite bedrooms, a loo, a laundry room and two criss-crossing halls linking the main rooms together. The top floor includes eight bedrooms and six bathrooms.
