Schönes Haus mit Blick Bolinas Lagoon auf 14 Acres

Das Anwesen ist relativ privat (Besitzer lebt in separaten, in der NĂ€he von Einheit, um fĂŒr Tiere zu sorgen) Die 14 Hektar umfassen WĂ€lder, Weiden mit Pferden. Es gibt reichlich Platz nach rechts auf dem GelĂ€nde zu erkunden. Das Haus ist gut genutzt, komfortabel und ideal fĂŒr Familien mit Kindern. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten und ein hinteres Schlafzimmer mit Etagenbetten, ein Einzelbett und ein Kinderbett. Es gibt ein viertes kleines Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss. Alle Zimmer im ersten Stock sind nach außen verbunden.

Eine unserer beliebtesten Bewertungen beginnt mit "Diese Eigenschaft spiegelt eine WertschĂ€tzung der Kindheit wider." In der Tat zaubern wir mit den FreiflĂ€chen, Schaukeln, einem Spielhaus im Wald, Tieren wie HĂŒhnern, Enten, Hasen, Pferden und Hunden. Wir sind meistens auch mit Hunden in Ordnung, sprechen aber gerne darĂŒber, wie das im Voraus aussieht.

Aufgrund der besonderen Natur und PrivatsphĂ€re des Anwesens und der umliegenden HĂŒgel wurde der Ort auch fĂŒr RĂŒckzĂŒge und andere besondere AnlĂ€sse genutzt. Obwohl wir keine Hochzeiten mehr machen.

In der HĂŒtte im Wald können Kinder kreativ und unabhĂ€ngig spielen - inspiriert durch das Buch Das letzte Kind im Wald. Dieses Buch dokumentiert die Notwendigkeit fĂŒr enge Verbindung zur Natur und zu unabhĂ€ngigen Phantasiespiel fĂŒr Kinder. Das Haus ist von Wanderwegen, die zu einer offenen Wiese von fĂŒnf Morgen umgeben. Es gibt auch eine HĂ€ngebrĂŒcke!

Es gibt einen Stall mit HĂŒhnern, Enten und Kaninchen. Junge Kinder können die coop, um Eier mit Aufsicht der Eltern zu sammeln zuzugreifen. Viele Kinder verbringen Stunden im HĂŒhnerstall. Es gibt Aussicht auf die umliegenden HĂŒgel und die Bolinas Lagoon und Zugang zum nahe gelegenen Wanderwegen im offenen Raum und den Park. Eine Meile von der Stadt Bolinas, die von zwei Meilen von Strand und lokal gefangenem Fisch in der Saison, reichlich Bio-Produkte und Fleisch Niman hat. Das Anwesen ist auch nur drei Meilen von der Audubon Canyon Ranch, wo man Seehunde und alle Arten von Vögeln auf Bolinas Lagoon beobachten kann; und 10 Meilen von Point Reyes Park HQ mit seinen umfangreichen Wanderwegen, StrĂ€nden und Tierwelt.

I loved staying at this property. The house was well stocked with all the amenities needed inside and out. The horses were an added bonus. The views were spectacular and the hiking trails were amazing. The town of bolinas and the beach was a vacation within a vacation, two in one. The host was very considerate and kind. I really cant say enough about how this hit all the marks..i would definitely some back hear, no question about it. 5 out of 5.

Stunning perfect idyllic

Wonderful stay with a multi generational family from two year old twins to their grandmother. The house is beautiful and lovingly maintained. The grounds are a kids’ delight, and getting to interact with all the animals a special treat. Can’t recommend enough, and can’t wait to come back.

What a relaxing home and location!

We just went for a quick weekend - it was the first weekend in months that we didn’t have sports - we were looking for a relaxing, restful, beautiful, calm spot to just hang out as a family. This house and view are spectacular- rooms and beds were comfortable, kitchen well appointed, and there were toys and activities galore for the kids. The playhouse and swings were wonderful! Our kids are already asking when we can come again!

Wonderful Bolinas home base, especially for kids.

This is a magical, expansive property a short drive to Bolinas. It's the perfect home base for all the area has to offer, and we enjoyed some trail runs, bike rides and surfing all in a few short days. You'd also be not leaving the property at all, especially if you have kids, and enjoying the swings, play house, animals, beautiful lawn and natural setting.

Beautiful property

We were 6 adults and one child, and every one of us had a good time. The house inside is a well cared for home with lovely art on the walls, tons of books and comfortable furniture. We were all able to sit around the table and eat dinners together, taking it in turns to cook in the very well equipped kitchen. The grounds are open with some beautiful views and good sitting spots. The horses sometimes appeared right up to the house which was a real treat. Since I love gardening I was super impressed with the gourgeous flower beds around the house. This was the first time we chose a holiday a little away from the beach, but agree that it worked really well to drive a few minutes to get to Bolinas or Stinson Beaches. If somebody didn't feel like going to the beach they could be comfortable and find plenty to do staying at the property. I highly recommend this for a family stay.

Lovely property and stay

Great stay at this beautiful property in Bolinas. Great way to connect with the outdoors and natural setting, and get away from all things high tech. Owners are very pleasant and helpful. Dishwasher was out of order which we had not known in advance but that was fine. Overall, beautiful property and peaceful stay.

A Peaceful and Beautiful Retreat

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect location for our vacation. The property is beautiful, quiet and vast. The animals (chickens, ducks, a bunny and horses) were fun to feed and hang out with. Linda and Stockton were perfect hosts- answering our questions and spending some time visiting while still respecting our family time. They’re an intelligent, accomplished and interesting couple! The rooms were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. A very recommended stay!

magical house in a magical place!

My kids are typically tough to get off screens but they self selected to swing, ride, run, and play because this property is so amazing. Linda was so nice and thoughtful about our stay. We only left to visit the beach and town of Bolinas which is ALSO JUST AMAZING. Can’t wait to come here again!

Amazing property and house!

We had a lovely stay with our family, including adult sons and their partners and dogs. Linda was the most friendly and delightful host, we felt very welcome. We marveled at the beautiful setting and views and enjoyed meals outdoors and indoors, it was quite spacious and very comfortable. And we loved meeting the chickens, ducks, golden retrievers and horses! We could not have been happier!

Magical property

Never stayed anywhere like this. Was dream-like and magical! Every angle you looked outdoors was beautiful. Only recommendation would be to tend to the mundane - like providing coffee, olive oil in the pantry and update the towels. But would return! Just better prepared.

Heavenly place

This is the most magical, amazing place we have ever stayed. Surrounded by extraordinary views, the property is spectacular. Stunning property and beautiful home

What a unique rental where one can explore such a large property, Linda's flower gardens, and be around so many beautiful animals! The swings overlooking the lagoon were amazing. Waking up to their beautiful horses grazing outside was simply magical. And fresh eggs from the chickens! A treat for both children and adults. Unlike any other place we're ever stayed. Bolinas is charming and this property was extra special.

peaceful setting for rejuvenation and family time

Thoroughly enjoyed our time soaking up the natural beauty surrounding the property. Whether it was taking in the view form the couch while having a cozy fire or basking in the sun on the patio, the swings or in the fields. The house is easy and especially comfortable for family groups. The land and animals were a great source of delight and learning for our young daughter. And Linda and Sterling could not be more warm and gracious hosts. Our family can't wait to return!
