Apparently, our two semi -detached houses formed only one. In reality, they are independent and perfect for welcoming several families who can find themselves in the large common garden, nicely wooded and not overlooked. Access to the summer kitchen with barbecue, common to the two houses, is done by the garden. The common access aisle is closed by a portal and the whole property is closed. The two houses, oriented south, offer a beautiful light. The terraces equipped for your summer meals offer a banner blind to protect you from the sun. The environment is very calm. Access to the beach is very easily done by the forest. The cycle paths are a few meters away. You can easily go to the center of Saint-Georges-d'Oléron by the marshes or to Boyardville by the forest.
