The sleeper sofa can sleep 1 guest while getting a natural heat source from the gas fireplace. It also includes a nice workspace perfect for business travelers. Our modern kitchen is appointed with stainless steel appliances, marble finishes & designer fixtures. It also includes a stovetop, microwave oven, cookware, sink w/disposal, dishwasher, and a full-size refrigerator with freezer. Next to the kitchen is the dining area that can seat 2 guests.
You`ll have access to the entire condo as well as the pool, fitness center, and guest amenities at the neighboring Palms Hotel & Casino. Free self-parking Cable TV, and WIFI. Valet Parking and Bell Desk services are currently not offered in the hotel. Access to the balcony has been restricted until further notice for security reasons.

- You will be required to provide 2 damage deposits upon booking. First is the security damage deposit required by Airbnb. Second is the security deposit required by the hotel. Guests will be asked to place a valid credit card on hold with the front desk for the $100/night incidental deposit. This is to cover any incidentals not covered by Airbnb Hosting Guarantee. Both will be refunded subject to NO damages incurred during check-out.
- This is a privately owned condominium. Daily housekeeping is not an included service. Additional towels or linens will be charged separately direct to the hotel. Please approach the front desk for this.
- Due to the high occupancy rate of this property, we are not able to accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests. We understand that the travel itineraries may not always match up with check-in and check-out times.
- Guests will be subject to a $150 per hour fee for unauthorized early check-in or late check-out.
