The house is a 55m² duplex, type 3, and can accommodate up to 4 people, as well as a cot.
It has a private parking space, which will make your stay easier. Access to the underground car park has a maximum height of 1.90m.
The swimming pool is open from May to the end of September with code access.

THE KITCHEN
A functional kitchen equipped with a hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, filter coffee machine and SENSÉO coffee machine, toaster, kettle, juicer, microwave, electric griddle and AIR FRYER.

THE LIVING/DINING AREA
This living area has two sofas, a television, a table and 4 chairs.
The living room opens onto the terrace, which has a table and f4 chairs for sunny meals and direct access to the enclosed garden with sun loungers.

UPSTAIRS
One bedroom with a 160x200 bed opening onto the terrace, with a wardrobe and plenty of storage space.
A second bedroom with two 80x190 beds, bedside table and chest of drawers.
A bathroom with a bathtub equipped with a towel dryer, hairdryer and first aid kit.
All beds and pillows are protected by mattress covers that are replaced between each rental.

EXTRAS
A selection of basic groceries (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, coffee pods, etc.) and cleaning products (toilet gel and paper, floor cleaner, dishwasher tablets, etc.) are provided.
Cot, high chair and safety gates at the top and bottom of the stairs.
Tea towels, hand towels and bath mats are also provided.
A few games are also available: Mölkky, card games, puzzle book.
