Age: Must be 25 to rent. Owner will rent to responsible younger renters who are at least 20. If under 25, must disclose age before booking and be pre-approved.

Pets: No pets.

Subdivision quiet hours: No loud noise from 10 pm - 7 am.

Hot tub: The hot tub cover must be on the hot tub when the hot tub is not in use to maintain the water temperature and keep the water as clean as possible. Failure to follow this rule will result in an additional cleaning fee of $50.

Checkout time: 10 am

Aqua mat, water toys and plastic chairs: Please put water toys in deck boxes and put aqua mat on dock before checkout. Please return plastic chairs to the lower deck.

Renter is limited to the number of guests stated in the reservation (which may not under any circumstances be more than 10), accepting responsibility for leaving the property in the same condition as on arrival or being subject to additional charges, accepting liability for damages exceeding the damages deposit or insurance policy taken in lieu of proving a damages deposit, holding Lessor and Owner harmless from any liability for personal injuries or property damage to Renter and any person Renter allows on the premises. NO PETS. Must respect neighbors. Renter also accepts all house rules, must provide names and ages of persons occupying the premises during rental, warrants that Renter is at least 25 years old and will be on the premises throughout the entire reservation. Renter and occupants may be immediately evicted without refund for any illegal act, for disrupting the neighbors, or damaging the premises. Outside security cameras are installed. Renter agrees to refrain from using the lift unless prior approval is obtained. No sitting on deck railings. Use of premises, dock, and swim platform, and swimming is strictly at the risk of the user.
