Warm, inviting home with modern interior design. 11 minutes to downtown Knoxville, but located in a family friendly and relaxing neighborhood. Large new hot tub for up to 5 people, fast wifi, 75" new tv with streaming services and much more.
Spend a few nights exploring downtown Knoxville and possibly hit up a UT Vols football game! 40 minute drive to the mountains. Book now for your trip to Dollywood and the Smokies!

You will get the entire house to yourself. This house is like a duplex with the house on top (where guests stay) and a separate apartment on the bottom with permanent tenant (owner). Separate houses and no shared spaces, entrances or exits.

Two (#1 & #2) parking spaces available for the house. More than 2 vehicles will not be able to park in the driveway for guests staying.
Separate downstairs apartment under the house (inaccessible by either house or apartment) has 1 tenant and they use parking space #3.
Open floor plan; 2 Bedroom with large kitchen, full office, 8 person dining room, outside deck with hot tub, large fenced in yard and laundry room in a quiet south Knoxville neighborhood. Feel free to use the laundry room located in the garage.

We are always available through the app. Additionally, co-hosts are within a 10 minute drive if needed.

House was so clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Check in was a breeze and the property was in a safe and secure area. Our daughter goes to UTK and we were close to her and had a lot of space. There was the two of us and our son staying there. Beds were comfortable and hot tub was a bonus on the chilly, early mornings. We did not cook there but kitchen appeared well stocked. Shower/bathroom was clean and also well stocked. Luke was a wonderful host and if his home is available in 2027 when she graduates we will book it again. Highly recommend.

Conveniently located just 15 minutes from UT campus. The unit was spacious and clean; we comfortably slept 6. The beds were super comfortable! I actually slept better here than I do at home. The shower was great too - plenty hot water with good water pressure.

Nature In the City

My friends and I stayed during a long weekend in Knoxville and found the house to be the perfect reprieve from the bustle of the city. Just a short 10-15 minute drive, and convenient to shopping and some great local restaurants, we had everything we needed. The house was immaculate, the beds comfortable and the hot tub relaxing. Our host was very helpful throughout and we'll definitely be back!

Great Stay!

This property is immaculate and the owners put so much thought into making your stay the most comfortable. Everything was neat, clean and in order. My favorite little detail was that the owners had a sweet booklet put together of all the local info you could need during your stay, that is so very helpful! If we travel to Knoxville again in the future, we will definitely be rebooking!

Graduation stay

Overall, the place was excellent for our stay while I graduated from school. We had heat during the cold nights, clean space, hot water. It felt safe as we were close to any of the rougher parts of Knoxville and we were able to get to where we needed.

Wonderful Place!

The purpose of my stay was related to work. For these purposes, the property was clean and very cozy. The lights were on when I arrived, which made me feel right at home. The little extras that were included: snacks and water, coffee/tea, mints/candy and spices made this an excellent place to work. I enjoyed the view and nature surroundings that holistically made for a cozy retreat. I would highly recommend.

Very clean and well stocked property

Overall highly recommend. The other positive reviews say it all except you aren’t renting the entire home. We use VRBO instead of other sites so there’s no shared arrangements so we’re surprised when the code was sent to us along with a note to only use parking spots 1 and 2 as the other is for the tenant in the basement. I feel this should have been disclosed as I would have chosen another property. Otherwise this is a great stay.

Great Private House Getaway Near Downtown Knoxville.

House was very nice. Very spacious. Great kitchen. Bed slept great. Spacious back yard. Good parking. Landscaping looked great as well. Host was very friendly and helpful and had great communication. Would definitely stay again. Was a short drive to downtown Knoxville so close to lots of attractions while still being quiet and cozy and private.

Wonderful find in South Knoxville

Great experience from booking through checkout. The hosts take great pride in the property and were very accommodating. So many little details made our stay comfortable and pleasant. South Knoxville can be tricky if you don’t have a vehicle or an Uber budget but it was well worth the extra few minutes to get downtown and out west. I highly recommend and would stay again!

Great place to stay!

This property was very clean and an ideal location for downtown Knoxville and UT. It was extremely peaceful and quiet there. I don't think this owner missed a single thing when trying to accommodate guests with kitchenware for baking, cooking, utensils, etc. We would definitely stay there again if we came back to Knoxville.
