Before arrival, I reached out the property management company about extending my stay and received a prompt response and my request was taken care of immediately. I received all the check in instructions and property information a couple days before check in. Property was clean upon arrival, plenty of towels, dishes, silverware, etc. Beds are a little worn, but no big issue. TV, AC, Wifi, washer and dryer all worked will without issue. The washer/dryer is such a big plus. The layout was roomy (our party was 3 adults, 2 kids 12 and 9). The private patio out back with direct access to the pool was phenomenal. I don't remember the pool access being called out in the listing, but being able to just walk directly from the patio to the pool was great. I guess if there were loud guests at the pool that may be a downside, but no noisy guests when we were there. Also, while not an issue for us, the kids room with the bunk is right off the living room, so if adults are staying up late just take note of the kids room being right there.The beach is about a 3 block walk and was convenient. There were chairs, a wagon, and beach toys to use. The listing states 2 cars fit in the parking space. Most of the week we had a 4Runner and Elantra parked in the spot with no problem. For a few hours we had a 4Runner and an Escalade parked also with no issues. So no need to be worried about only parking 2 sedans there. Overall, great stay for us and would recommend.

Extremely pleasant experience!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was perfect size for 2 families of 4. The proximity to the beach was very nice, maybe a 3 minute walk. We were also able to walk to nearby cafe and restaurants. The pool is really nice, our unit had private access to the pool area as well as large private outdoor patio area with a large table, chairs, pool toys and beach gear. We will consider staying here again in future.

An absolute gem of a home!

We were so pleasantly surprised with this property. The pictures do not do it justice. I am absolutely booking this for our vacations in the future. Birthday celebration St Pete Beach

The condo was very roomy and airy, plenty of room for me and my guests. Some problems with plumbing that was rectified within 24 hours. We were required to take care of the laundry (towels mostly) but both washer and dryer were in working properly. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. kitchen was well supplied with necessary utensils, etc. All in all a very pleasant st ay.

Family Trip

The property was very nice and plenty of room for the 6 of us. Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels provided. Water pressure in the showers was low but we managed. A/C worked great! The ceiling fan in the back bedroom was missing the chain to turn off the light. The pool was very cloudy. We were told that the pump was not working properly. Beach was about 3 blocks away. Very nice place! We would stay again.

Fun family vacation

We visit St. Pete every year and our kids are getting older so we enjoy everything being walking distance like the beach, restaurants, ice cream and gift shops. Everything was clean and had the amenities to make it feel like home. Parking was close enough, we never worried about our vehicle. Pool was always clean. Private yard area was nice. Only concern I had was the master bedroom bed was broke and sleeping on it for 8 days took a toll on both my wife and I, we are kinda young and I wouldn’t want to try sleeping on it if I was older or over weight. My family enjoyed the space over all and we would definitely try to rent again if available. I would also recommend.

The private garden and patio area was excellent for our kids, provided direct private access to the pool and we were a couple blocks from the beach and walking distance to plenty of restaurants. You couldn’t ask for a better location. The condo was well appointed - the only reason I didn’t give this unit 5 stars is because of the condition of the mattresses. We slept okay, but I was expecting to have a better bed in a rental unit.

We had a great time at St. Pete’s Beach.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is very quiet and well located, a quick walk away from the beach, so it’s easy to go see gorgeous sunsets or go swim and wait for dolphins. The pool is also great for a quick swim, especially with kids as it’s heated. The place is spacious, and the private patio/garden is very convenient, with enough shade and sun for all tastes and direct access to the pool! The only drawback is that the door of the master bedroom currently does not close, and it's not clear when this will get fixed. Despite this issue, we very much enjoyed our time there and had a great experience overall.

Great Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit is very nice. It is nicely decorated and very comfortable. Direct pool access and outside covered deck is awesome. Please change your archaic front door lock with lock box. Both the lock box and deadbolt are cumbersome to open. A new digital keypad entry system would make this unit a 10! We will rent it again.

Beach and Bach weekend

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a nice location ,within walking distance to the beach and a main strip, of local businesses . We were able to walk to some places to eat/drink. The apartment was clean, good amount of space. Each room was nice , but the 3rd room with the daybed was not ideal. The mattresses were not that comfortable , aside from that it was great spot !
