This immaculate condo overlooks the Caribbean from its wall-to-wall windows and private roof deck. With 2 bedrooms, 2 and a half baths, generous living spaces and stylish finishes, you’ll enjoy a perfect setting for relaxing by the sea.

Enjoy dining and lounging in the generously-sized living/dining area graced by floor to ceiling glass sliding doors that lead out to a spacious terrace overlooking the courtyard, pool area and blue Caribbean beyond.

The spacious master suite features a wall of windows overlooking the sea, a king bed, and an en suite bath. The sunny second bedroom is welcoming and has its own en suite bath as well.

What really sets this condo apart is the private roof deck, which has a shaded seating area, loungers for sitting in the sun, wet bar, outdoor shower and half bath. This is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee — watching the sun rise over the Caribbean- or evening cocktail watching the sunset.

Palma Real is a 15-unit, 3-storey gated complex at the south end of the charming fishing village of Puerto Morelos. It is beautifully maintained, with on-site staff and security, off-street parking, a courtyard with quiet pool, hot tub, and a stretch of Caribbean beach right out front!

Palma Real's location near the federal port means that our beach is peaceful and free of local vendors.

Full disclosure: in some years or seasons, the sargassum (seaweed) on our beach and on the beach in town can be off-putting and interfere with our enjoyment of the oceanfront. This can and does change overnight, in either direction. You can research sargassum levels on websites which are updated daily.

Puerto Morelos is the hidden jewel of the Mayan Riviera and is well known for its wide, white beaches, vibrant town center and restaurant scene, charming shops and local artisans. It is just 15 minutes south of the Cancun International Airport and approximately 25 minutes north of Playa del Carmen.

Our condo is 1km from Puerto Morelos- just a 10-minute walk. Stroll in for dinner in one of Puerto Morelos's delicious restaurants and take a $3-$4 cab ride home from town. If you prefer to cook in the condo's gourmet kitchen or bbq on the terrace, there is a large, American-style supermarket located right downtown where you can stock up on groceries, wine and beer, and prepared meals to take home.

We will put you in touch with our property manager close to your arrival. She can offer assistance with transportation from the airport and answer any questions you may have about the condo or Puerto Morelos. She will be available during your stay to recommend tours and activities, rent bicycles, or book services.

Palma Real is a quiet, lovely condo complex, just a short walk from amazing restaurants, a great grocery store, and shopping. The condo is beautiful, well-equipped, and even has a roof top deck. The condo manager, Mercedes, was always just a text away. Awesome vacation!

Mercedes & Gustavo were very responsive & helpful with taxi suggestions etc. Although the property is south of the port, and not in a neighborhood, taxi service to town was only 50-60 pesos. Enjoyed the golf cart rental. Beautiful & immaculate pool & area. Children were allowed on property although the listings says they are not.

Fun times!

We had a great time staying here! We rented the golf cart named Fridia and used it everyday we were there. The condo is beautiful and very clean. There is an elevator so we had no problem getting our sfuff up to the 3rd floor. This unit has a private outdoor patio on the roof. We have great views. Our host was very helpful with anything we needed.

The perfect beach condo

The unit was just as advertised, Mercedes was a big help with checking us in and making sure everything went smooth. She also helped with renting a car for a couple days, Renting the golf cart and arranging transportation from the airport. The complex is great. Not a lot of people so we had the pool mostly to ourselves. We will be back.

Our family had a great time at the condo. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had any utensil or tool you needed. The pool was great with a beautiful view. The beach was small and unfortunately inundated with sargassum during our stay (a seaweed that is all along the Mayan Riveria this year), but we really enjoyed being by the pool. We used bikes to get to town and back, and this worked very well for us.

Relaxation at its finest!!

We just returned from a month long stay at this beautiful property! If you are looking for a nice, relaxing place to stay then this is the place for you. The property itself is exactly as pictured. It has a lovely heated pool and hot tub that we used many times! A huge shout out to the property manager, Mercedes! She was fabulous to work with and took very good care of us! The only down side to this property was the beach (which is no ones fault) The property itself was perfect!!

Fantastic condo with wonderful amenities!

We really enjoyed this condo! The pool & rooftop deck were amazing! Very clean, secure, well stocked and comfortable. The location, about 1/2 a mile south of the main square in town and across from a large commercial shipyard was not ideal. But the condo and amenities more than made up for the short bike ride into town. I would definitely rent this condo again. It's probably one of the nicest condos in all of Puerto Morelos.

Had a great time.

Great stay. We were greeted by Ronald at the front door, helped with our luggage and pile of groceries. We were blessed with great weather so the rooftop terrace was used a ton. We watched the sun rise and set, sat in the hot tub and lounged on the couch. Puerto Morelos is the easy 10 minute walk that we were told about prior to the trip, the town is just as described too. Sleepy little town that is quiet, has great places to eat, fish and snorkel. The condo itself was perfect. Large, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and all the other things that were promised. We did not use, but were all there and working. A/C, TV, Internet, printer. Everything else that we needed was available too. Beach and pool towels, kayaks and other? We always try a new vacation spot but may have to return to this one. I give this condo and Puerto Morelos my full endorsement.

Great Condo, Good Location, Wonderful Town

Stayed for a week and had a great time in Puerto Morelos (PM). The condo had everything we needed from a fully equipped kitchen to towels and toilet paper. The rooftop terrace was lovely and we spent every morning having coffee and relaxing as we planned each day's activities. The pool was necessary since we spent most afternoons cooling off there instead of the small beach area. The only reason for taking off a half star is the location. The condo is away from PM (although walking distance) next to the commercial port which makes it slightly off the beaten path (and hard for others to find such as airport transfers). No bars or restaurants close by but we did buy some groceries for simple breakfasts and afternoon happy hours. We also rented bikes which made the trips to town simpler for lunches and dinners. PM is a small, sleepy town with MANY restaurants to choose from. The beach there had great sand and decent snorkeling (take a boat ride to the reef - worth it). We have found over the past decade that too many other destinations such as Playa Del Carmen and Cancun are SO built up and touristy - PM is still quaint and friendly. We drove to other areas (Tulum, Akumal, PDC, etc.) for activities and came back to relax in PM and our condo. Overall, this was a wonderful rental. The management company was terrific - very responsive. We had a great time and I would recommend staying here for a quiet vacation location. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Great Property in a Friendly, Convenient Location

Our family of 3 (with 8 yr old son) stayed here for 9 nights and had a great time. Some highlights: PROS: * LOCATION! You really are only an 8-10 min walk to downtown PM. If we had to do it all over again, we would rent bikes for the duration to make getting downtown easier in the summer heat. It is just too hot in the Yucatan summer to make it practical to walk in the sun from ~11am-4pm. You have to call a cab or, if you had a bike and a good wide brim hat you could manage summer. This should not be an issue most times of year. PM is in a GREAT central location for the Caribbean coast - Cancun airport is only 20 mins away (yet you feel far from Cancun). Many cenotes just inland from town to swim and snorkel in. Our son loved it. Great diving/snorkeling just a few mins offshore. Easy bus service from the highway north to Cancun (we took it to get to the fast boat to Isla Mujeres) or south to Playa and Tulum. We thought we would need a car but between bus service and reasonable hourly taxi rates, did fine without one. * Palma Real is a nice complex - quality materials and design. Only 15 units, most of which were not occupied at the time so plenty of outdoor space and quiet. Newer (8 years and well maintained given how quickly materials can weather in the tropics). Unit 305 is the best of all! * Friendly and helpful staff. The building manager, Gonzalo was especially awesome and fun to talk with as well. Owners were easy to deal with and quick to answer inquiries. * Great pool. Bigger than most in a complex of its size. Lots of lounging/sitting areas. We had it to ourselves most times. * Our favorite: The remodeled rooftop terrace with sitting area, wet bar and our own hot tub! In the mornings and evenings, a great place to hang out. * Fully equipped kitchen, with everything you could need. Big grocery store in town near the highway to stock up at. CONS: * Really nothing major. There was an issue with the phone that forced us to find somebody every time we needed to call a cab, but it should be fixed so future visits shouldn't have issues. * The beach was not what it looked like in VRBO pics. Tons of floating seaweed would pile up each day. The staff tried to keep up but just couldn't. Same problem in town. We were told this is a problem across the Caribbean this season. What can you do? Shouldn't stop you from staying just realize certain times of year there will be seaweed at the shore. Bottom line, we would stay here again!

Great place. Loved our vacation.

We absolutely loved this property and would stay here again. The kitchen was well-stocked, everything was spotless, and everything we needed was provided. The view from the property is amazing, especially from the rooftop terrace which we used daily. The hot tub was warm and the outdoor shower was great. Mercedes acts as your hostess while you are there and is fantastic. Her communication is prompt and she's available to provide you anything you need. She recommended and set up a snorkeling tour for us with "Pollito" which was great and very reasonably priced. Thanks again. We had a fantastic stay.

Puerto Morelos! What a wonderful property to enjoy all that the town has to offer. We had a wonderful time enjoying the condo and the weather. The seaweed washed the beach out by the property while we were staying. That was a bit disappointing, but thankfully we had the jacuzzi to enjoy on the rooftop and enjoy the view!

Very Nice Stay

We had a very nice stay. Mercedes was very helpful and accommodating. Good: Weather, location (short walk to town), clean/newish, great views - especially from top deck, restaurants in town were great, use of golf cart, pool, security, almost everything worked well. Not So Good: Very loud construction next door the whole time we were there (owner offered us $20 for consideration), hot tub never got up to temperature, lots of seaweed - at least this week.

Beautiful property for our family’s spring break

We had such a nice time at the Palma Real Condos in Puerto Morales - Mercedes, the property manager, arranged our airport transfer and met us at the property to review all the accommodations. Very clean and well appointed - had fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer and cabinet full of bath/beach towels and books! Never had to worry about finding a pool or beach side lounger and the constant ocean breeze made the rooftop area perfect for morning coffee and evening wine! Highly recommend.

Perfecto..The condo was fantastic and fully equipped and very clean. The rooftop terrace is incredible to watch the sunset and sunrise. We would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a nice quiet rental with a beautiful pool and hot tub. And again thanks Mercedes for the awesome introduction when we were in Puerto Morales
