Geräumiges Stadthaus mit 3 Schlafzimmern im Londoner Design- und Kulturviertel Fulham & Chelsea. Wunderbar schrullige Gegend mit kleinen Boutiquen und Auktionshäusern. Antiquitäten- und Vintage-Läden voller Kultur- und Zeitgegenstände, Modegeschäfte, Restaurants und Unterhaltungsangebote. Ein sehr kurzer Spaziergang von den Transportwegen. Fulham Broadway U-Bahn-Transport nach Heathrow, 50 Minuten und Innenstadt 20 Minuten und TLR & Schienennetz nach Gatwick, 40 Minuten über Imperial Wharf.
Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich in weniger als 100 m Entfernung auf der Fulham and Kings Road! Unser Haus verfügt über einen privaten Parkplatz und einen separaten Garten.
Das Haus erstreckt sich über 3 Ebenen und ist aufgrund offener Treppenbereiche nicht ideal für kleine Kinder. Der mehrstöckige Raum eignet sich jedoch gut für Familien mit drei Schlafzimmern und 3 Queensize-Betten sowie einem Einzelbett.
Das Hauptschlafzimmer befindet sich in der Suite, die beiden anderen Schlafzimmer teilen sich ein Badezimmer.
Self-Check-in kann arrangiert werden und wir sind sehr entgegenkommend und verstehen Ihre Bedürfnisse und Reisezeiten. Wir bieten eine saubere, sichere Umgebung mit frischer Bettwäsche und Handtüchern sowie eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Es gibt KEINE Waschmöglichkeiten für Tücher, nur weil wir zwei Wasch- und Reiniger haben, die weniger als 100 Fuß von unserer Tür entfernt sind!

Great property, near the underground station with tube access to all London attractions without needing to change trains. Lots of good local restaurants. The rental is quite spacious, with a nice little back terrace. Lots of stairs to access the various levels.

We enjoyed our stay here - location was excellent and the difficult to find air conditioning and multiple bathrooms was great for our group. The listing was very clear about many steps without railings and the limitations of air conditioning - important to pay attention if that is a concern for your group and we were fine. Currently seems to be in process of upgrading some areas (bathrooms) while others are pretty worn (floors, kitchen, no blinds or curtains on large windows living room). Overall we had a good stay!

What a great rental! Close to the Tube station yet in a quiet neighborhood. The hosts are super to work with and very responsive. We all enjoyed our stay very much!

Chelsea flower show Weekend

We loved our stay thank you.Great bonus to have parking and garden space. Location was great for us to spend time on kings road and the Chelsea flower show. We loved Jak’s restaurant and night life just across the bridge.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Pros: 1 - Great location to mass transportation! Both Subway and Buses were easy walking distance from flat.2 - 3rd bathroom was a wonderful addition! We really appreciated it!3 - Unit is filled with olde English charm.Cons:1 - Lots of steps. It's a three level walk up.2 - With olde English charm comes olde English windows. Several windows would not open.

We all enjoyed the excellent location of this quaint townhouse. We knew about all the stairs and managed them fine. The outdoor patio off the dining room was lovely. There were plenty of restaurants and grocery stores in walking distance. Access to buses and underground were great!

Cute flat

Had a very nice stay at this location. The flat is as advertised online - nicely appointed and decorated with flair. Our family of 4 was very comfortable and pleased with the accomodations. The owner was very responsive even in the face of some challenges and technical glitches with the listing. Overall a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

We had such a fantastic time staying at this awesome property in Fulham! Nicholas could not have been a more gracious and communicative host. We felt totally at home and loved the location and ease of getting and from all of the sights in London. We loved every minute of our time in London, thanks to having such a comfortable home to return to after busy days exploring. Our two college aged sons were also able to relax and have their own spaces as well which was great. It was also wonderful to have so many shops and dining options so close to home. We also loved the local dry cleaner and it was such a treat to drop of our laundry off one day and pick it up all folded and ready to go the next. I will always remember coming back from a busy day exploring and watching the five hour and fifteen minute Djokovic Wimbledon match. We used to live in London and always miss it and we felt like we were back at home while we were at Nicholas’s place. We would happily recommend this location to others and can’t wait to come back in the future! Thank you for such a comfortable and welcoming stay! And also thank you for having a ln awesome hair dryer and a curling iron!!! I had been desperate for one our whole trip and that was a real treat! Heidi and family!

Great location/fair amenities

Right by Chelsea Football Club. Interior very dark. 3 very long steep flights of steps to top floor bedroom. Stairs are painted black and have poor lighting- I think it’s an accident waiting to happen. Could use a good cleaning

The ratings and review process is here to give an overview and helpful information to future guests - a lot of weight is put on this process these days and the reputation of guests and the hosts relay somewhat on these because many people do little other research or due diligence before traveling. We host 100’s of guests each year from all over the world. We are on all the major platforms and have 100’s of reviews. It always amazes me when after numerous great reviews, one comes through slating us, our home and our efforts! So moral of the story read several reviews and get an overview and not just the opinion of one disgruntled guest and remember that “Opinions are like ********, everyones got one!” *[a small opening located in your bottom!)

Wonderful stay

Our family enjoyed our stay!! Great location! The bus stop was right around the corner and the tube about an 8 min walk! The neighborhood had great access to local restaurants and grocery stores with a short walk. On our second night we were able to arrive back to the house to watch the celebration of the local soccer match. The stadium is right across the street. The owner was wonderful in his communication and left great suggestions and detailed notes that were very helpful! Great visit!! My only suggestion is to read the owners notes regarding stairs. For us it was not a problem, but for those with mobility issues it could be a challenge because there are no hand rails… they do have good lighting which is nice. We hope to visit again soon!

Excellent location, lots of stairs

The location of this place is spectacular. We really appreciated how easy it is to get up public transport. There is a bus stop very very close, and the underground station (fulham/Broadway) is a 5-10 minute walk. There are plenty of shops nearby as well. The house was clean and a fine place to stay. I wouldn't categorize it as upscale, but it's great for our needs. Really only two negatives: 1. The stairs are steep and plentiful. The listing is accurate about this, so it was no surprise. But that the significance of this seriously. It was a real problem for someone in our group with failing knees. 2. Communication was slow. We had a few questions and tried calling both numbers in the book. Neither amswered, and neither called back at any point. We did get a response on VRBO quite a while later.

Maison de ville charmante conforme à la description.Les équipements sont là, même les adaptateurs 110volt.Place de parking disponible dans une petite rue calme. Emplacement top car 5mn à pied du métro (westminster en 15mn) ou des bus (nothing hill).Quartier du stade standford bridge avec des établissements et des commerces.Le propriétaire est réactif et charmant. Il nous a facilité la tâche concernant l'enregistrement des plaques d'imatriculation pour le stationnement en autre.Attention juste au niveau des escalier assez raide et sans protection au niveau du premier étage (enfants sous surveillance).Je recommande vivement entre ami, en famille (nous étions 2 adultes et 4 adolescents).

Quirky property in great location

The house has everything you need for a break. Its location is excellent with easy access to Tube etc. There are reasonable restaurants nearby & the dedicated parking is a real bonus. As the description says, the stairs are open so not suitable for young children, but my 11 year old grandson was fine. House is secure and right opposite Chelsea FC if you are a fan. Overall we had a great, comfortable break & I would recommend

Great Location

A great location with easy access to city amenities! Host was very responsive when we had a problem which was easily resolved. Massive advantage having a parking space too! The house was quirky and unique and as stated in the information it does have lots of stairs ! Overall a great stay in a great home. Thanks for hosting 👍🏼
