Welcome to our bright and spacious four-bedroom flat in the heart of Notting Hill, an ideal base for families, extended stays and small groups visiting London.
The apartment is located just a short distance from many of London’s most popular attractions and within easy reach of Central London via nearby Underground stations. You’ll be within walking distance of Portobello Road Market, the green open spaces of Holland Park, and the vibrant cafés, restaurants and independent shops that make Notting Hill one of London’s most loved neighbourhoods. Ladbroke Grove and Kensal Rise stations are all within walking distance, providing convenient connections across the city.
During the summer months, the apartment sits along the route of the world-famous Notting Hill Carnival — a unique cultural event that brings incredible energy to the area.
The flat comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests across four fully furnished bedrooms, each prepared with fresh linens and storage space to ensure a relaxed and comfortable stay. The spacious living room provides a welcoming place to unwind after a day exploring London, complete with a Smart TV and Netflix.
There are two bathrooms, stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries. The private balcony offers a pleasant outdoor space where you can enjoy your morning coffee or relax in the evening.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, air fryer, washing machine, tumble dryer, cookware and cutlery — making it particularly suitable for longer stays. Tea and instant coffee are provided for your convenience.
For warmer periods, a portable air-conditioning unit is available in the living area. Simple instructions are provided to ensure effective cooling and comfort during your stay.
This is a smoke-free and pet-free property, located within a residential building, offering a comfortable and practical London base for families and groups who prefer space and convenience while staying in a well-connected West London neighbourhood.

We enjoyed our 3 nights in London. We were 5 gals and there were 4 single beds and 1 double - a space for each of us. It was great to have 2 bathrooms!

The apartment was hot ( heat was not on) had to open windows to cool the place off. The place was very stuffy and musty. Everything else was good.

Stayed with 6 women and plenty of space. Great communication with Farhan, who generously allowed us to check in early. Easy in and out of the building; easy walk to the Ladbroke Grove station or Kensal Green, and right next to the Kensal House bus stop, which were all super convenient, depending where we were going/coming back from. Short walk to Sainsbury's for food shopping, which was super convenient! Unfortunately the weather didn't allow us to take advantage of the cute balcony, but it seemed really nice!

Really convenient to public transportation

The property is on a dead end street, so it's really quiet. It's about five minutes from the flat to a bus stop. It was so easy to get everywhere we wanted to go! Plus, there are a couple of really good coffee/tea shops at the bus stop. We stopped every morning for a jolt of caffeine before getting on the bus.

Spacious flat in very good location

This is a quiet and spacious flat in North Kensington. The location is great - you leave the building, walk up a few steps through a small passage and have a bus stop right there. A big Sainsbury's is only 3 minutes walk away. Notting Hill is also very close and you can reach the centre of London within 30 minutes via bus/tube. The thing we liked most inside the flat are the comfy chairs with buttons to recline - great for relaxing. :-)

Great location with easy access to tube, bus and grocery store. Only negative is it got a little hot. The ‘air conditioner’ is unvented so after 10 minutes, it actually made the flat hotter. We opened the windows and that helped.

Spacious Flat

We were a party of 5 visiting our son who was studying abroad. We picked this listing because it had 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was very spacious and convenient to bus routes and the underground was a 15 min walk. Would recommend.

Good value and location

This is a nice place in Nottinghill, which is a very diverse area with lots of different restaurants and people, and great access to bus, lines and taxes, and the tube. The flat was nothing fancy, but definitely open and allows for a wheelchair access to all the rooms. The two bathrooms were also great, though the bathroom with a tub made it difficult to situate the shower chair that my wife needs I bathe. But overall we had a great time their and in London.

First of all, I didn't realize it wasn't self check in. That was a first for me. And I stay in a lot of short-term rentals. So we had to schedule a time to get checked in. She was showing us around and I immediately realized it was not clean or very nice. It was pretty dingy. We walked into the bathroom, and the bath mats are matted down and dirty from multiple stays and not vacuumed or even shaken out and there was poo in the toilet, I then commented with, "Oh, this place does not look like it's been cleaned. Do you need to have the cleaner come?" and she said, "No no, it clean." She reached over and flushed the toilet, and we moved on. I knew then that there was no point in fighting the cleanliness of the place. After she left, I wanted to take my family and leave, but the trip was already expensive, and honestly, it was our first overseas trip, and we just didn't know where to go or how to get there. So we just stayed. There was hair in the stained threadbear sheets in one of the beds. The power cord that they gave us to plug the dryer in did not work. There was someone else's underwear and loads of lint behind the dryer when we were trying to pull it out to try to plug it in. Why is it not plugged in already and they inform you of the power cord for it, that is sitting in a different room I don't know. The whole place is very dark with little light. It was a very long walk to the subway and parking was hard to find. It was pretty unpleasant.

London vaca for 5!

This was a lovely, spacious flat as we entered Europe for the first time as a family. There were 4 bedrooms so our girls each had their own, as did my husband and I. We had all that we needed, wifi was great, and Netflix on the TV! The bedroom carpet is slightly stained but overall the flat was clean. The location is easily accessible and we loved walking to the Portobello Road Market and Notting Hill area.

Underwhelming and Dirty

This was a year ago and the experience was so unacceptable that I left with my family to find new housing. The communication with the prop manager was decent, and I told him of all the concerns the first and second day repeatedly. He was a decent communicator, but functioned as a shield to the owners. I chose not to review the place as I don't take pleasure in bad news...but the receive this request for a review a year later leaves me wonder how the PM or the owners could be so obtuse as to ask for a review when I gave them a pass 12mths ago - and they kept my money. - Hairs in the bed- Stains in the thin sheets- Old contact lenses in the bed and on the vanityThe place was affordable - and I found out why. Londoners called it some kind of area name like "Counselor Housing" or something. I asked for a refund and was told no dice. So I ate it. Went and spent for another place to salvage the trip.

Dear Daniel, I am sorry to hear that your experience was not good with us. We had a conversation about this but since its a public review so I would like to give my openion as well. I wanna start by saying that I did not demand a review. If you received a message, it could be an automated message from VRBO. Secondly I am a traveller myself and whenever I find any issues at the property I do take puctures and send to the host as a proof. I repeatedly asked you for pictures of contact lense or other issues but nothing was provided. It does not mean that I think you are lying or something. But if I was provided pictures, I could have asked the cleaning agency to send their cleaner and do another fresh cleaning for you if they didnt do the job properly before you checked in. Secondly I could have shown the pictures to the owner and demand a partial refund. I never had such complaint from any other traveller before. At the same time I am sorry that your experience was not great with us. I sincerely wish you a happy Summer. Thanks.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und bietet ausreichend genug Platz für bis zu sechs Personen.Die Lage ist sehr gut. Direkt vor dem Gebäude ist eine gut angebundene Bushaltestelle und fußläufig ein paar Minuten entfernt fährt die Underground-Station, über die innerhalb kürzester Zeit Londons Zentrum erreicht werden kann.

Séjour à londres

Très bel appartement spacieux et confortable. Quelques remarques néanmoins ; table et chaises de cuisine insuffisantes pour six personnes. Avons du prendre la table et les chaises du balcon. Un peu juste en couverts, vaisselle et une cafetière aurait été la bienvenue
