Hi Heather, as advertised, the boat launch is unavailable. As we told you on the phone, you may park your boat in the boat parking area/lot on on first come first serve basis. This is clearly noted online on the listing and has been since the boat launch has been unavailable for over a year. We hope you enjoyed your stay.

Thanks for your review. We've informed housekeeping and the owner that it needs a deep clean which is scheduled for Aug 8. We are glad to know the feedback and we are looking into another check-in method. For now, all guests stop at the office to check-in. There are no keys to return at checkout making it a breeze and super easy. Thanks again!
