Worked perfect for us!

A group of friends and I stayed in order to do some fishing. Being able to have access to a slip for my boat was a game changer. We were able to do everything we wanted. The condo worked for us as well. The four of us slept in beds and one on the couch bed. Everything was great. Would love to stay there again on another trip.

We stayed here for a softball tournament and it was amazing. It’s easy access to nearby beaches, and the Wharf is right down the road. But we were also off the beaten path so it was a very quiet place to stay. The neighbors were so nice and having onsite laundry was an amazing addition. Definitely would recommend this and will be utilizing this condo for future stays.

Convenient location

Location is great to get anywhere quick - while it is not directly on the beach side the location is less than a mile from beach access, the grocery stores, the wharf etc. The condo was clean and everything was as described. Thanks for letting us stay!

Great location and price

This condo is located on the bay side of Orange Beach. Has access to a nice little marina/pier. Very close to beach road and restaurants. Nice pool to cool off and entertain children. The property is pretty dated, but not an issue if you know beforehand.

Cindy was a great host and very great at communicating! Check out instructions are simple. The downstairs storage was nice to put out beach stuff in to not track sand upstairs and also cool that there were beach things left in there to use from things people left behind.

Need major repair and cleaning

The unit is in an ideal location, but the unit needs a major overhaul. The furniture in the living room is old and wearing, the carpet is torn in some spots and the floor has carpet tack sticking up. The sliding door did not lock. I did contact the owner on a problem with a running toilet and they offered to come fixed it during our stay (I was able to control the problem, so our vacation was not interrupted.) The kitchen needs a deep cleaned.

Thank you for taking time out to review our property and give me an opportunity to respond. Yes the flooring is in need of replacement and as a matter of fact we have someone coming tomorrow to take measurements and give us an estimate. The toilet is working fine now. We do updates on the unit as we can. It is very expensive and we do try to keep our cost down for our guests. If we did all these updates at one time, our nightly rates would not be as cheap as they are. We would have to increase those. Please come again and see what all we've done.

Best Stay

The property was great and the owner was so kind and responsive. The place was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. We were able to cook which was nice when we were tired of all the seafood, but the only thing that was missing was a can opener but not a problem. I will say that you will have to bring your own shampoo and soaps, but that also wasn’t a problem because there are plenty of stores nearby to go and get things. The pool is super close for anybody with kids. We had dinner on the dock looking out over everybody’s boats and the sunset was amazing. The beds were super comfortable and they were lots of room for all of us. The air conditioner worked great. The only thing I will say is the couch would sink in a bit when we were watching TV on some nights we came in late and was a bit uncomfortable for me but my daughter thought it was the best couch ever. For anyone with mobility issues…there are quite a few stairs you have to trek up on to get to the condo but it wasn’t a problem for us. There is a private washer and dryer and extra beach toys and chairs in the storage room downstairs. The drive to the beach is not far at all but you’re far enough to be away from the traffic so this was perfect. We will definitely consider staying again in future, we had a great time.

Secure and Super Clean!!!

In Orange Beach for the first time for my Nephews Destination Wedding on Gulf Shores Beach. My Husband myself and my Mom spent 3 nights at the Bayview Property, July 20th - 23rd. We really loved the fact that it was a Gated Secure Property very well Maintained with a Beautiful View of the Bay. The Condo was very clean and well kept. We ate most of our meals out but the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need if you wanted to eat in. Loved the Decor of the Unit and the King size bed was very soft and comfortable and slept very well. My Mom said the same about the double bed in her room. The only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars was the Sofa in the Living room looked like it had seen better days and should be updated. Also some nicer thicker Towels and Wash clothes would have been nice. I meant to bring my own but forgot so we purchased sets at the Linen Outlet up the street. A newer comforter set on the King Bed would have also been nice. We were less than 10mins from the Beach, plenty of restaurants nearby. The famous Doc's Seafood walking distance from the Condo, great Shrimp & Oysters.😋 The Wharf with shopping a Movie Theater and great restaurants just a few minutes up the road. Overall Bayview was a Very Nice place to stay, we would definitely stay their again and recommend it. 😎

Granny old couch

My family and I enjoyed staying at this condo we were there for my grandson baseball tournament the condo had very clean rooms, the only problem we had was the couch was so old until we could not lay or sit on it they say the condovsleep 6 but it really sleep 4, we had to go to Walmart and get an blow up mat for my nephew. I just wished we had a place to sit in the living room, I have never seen a chair and couch that old and raggedy. We all sit at the bar chairs or stood up, But the location was great. The lady was really nice no complaints about nothing else.
