Casa Tzampoc liegt auf einem Hügel mit Blick auf die 3, die Vulkane Atitlan See erstellt gelegen. Es liegt zwischen den Maya-Dörfern von Santa Catarina Palopo und San Antonio Palopo und neben zwei der angesehensten Boutique-Hotels am See gelegen. Restaurants und sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für lokale Handwerk sind nur wenige Minuten in authentischen Maya-Dörfern und der größeren Stadt Panajachel.

Das Haus wird ausschließlich mit Antiquitäten und handgefertigten Möbeln, lokalen Textilien, Keramik und Kunsthandwerk eingerichtet. Die Küche ist komplett für ein Gourmet-Koch, die angeordnet werden können, ausgestattet. Der Innenraum wird durch ein Atrium und Treppe zum privaten Schlafzimmer und Bad Bereichen getrennt. Es gibt Aussicht auf die Vulkane und Außenbereiche von jedem Zimmer durch die schöne Mahagoni-Fenster und Türen.

Der private Swimmingpool, im Garten gelegen, wird durch Sonnenkollektoren erhitzt und gehalten wird jeden Tag von Nicholas, unsere Hausmann. Das Haus ist wunderschön jeden Morgen gehalten von Suli, unser Zimmermädchen.

Alle Transporte und Ausflüge können mit Vorankündigung angeordnet werden.

Amazing Family vacation rental!

Everything about our stay was wonderful! The house is exactly as described, except words and pictures do not do the picturesque view justice. My children loved the private pool. Daniel, the concierge/manager, was so helpful and responsive. Teresa cooked us a delicious breakfast each morning and it was a great way to start the day. Highly recommend this property.

Waking up to volcano views

Book it! Absolutely amazing place, location, service, food. Every room has a view and outdoor access. Nicolas, Daniel, Ramiro, and the cleaning lady were all top notch. Booking lanchas and tours with them were a breeze and cheaper/on par for pricing. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

What a wonderful stay! The property has the most amazing view! They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Fresh flowers, a clean everyday, pool towels. Daniel is awesome and very helpful. He will help you with anything! We loved teresa and would highly recommend getting breakfast cooked for you ! The masseuse was also fantastic.My only complaint is the maintenance man came into the property quite a bit. Sometimes six times a day. It just didn’t feel quite as private as we wanted.Book this place you won’t regret it!

I highly recommend this property. The views were out of this world amazing, the house was large and fully stocked. The outdoor areas & the landscaping were gorgeous! All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. Nothing but great things to say, you won’t regret staying here.

Beautiful home!

We celebrated my mother’s birthday at the Lake and this home was amazing! All of the staff were super helpful and friendly. Whenever I had questions, the concierge Abner, was only a text away. I would recommend this place to anyone who’s stays in this area.

The views of the Lake are impeccable. House was well stocked completely clean. I would highly recommend this house. I especially appreciated the concierge help for planning our lake day, shuttles to and from Lake Atitlán, this alone was very important in our trip. Relax and take in the magic of Lago Atitlán in this great spot!

Beautiful property

My husband and I have been lucky enough to stay at many beautiful properties over the years and place is at the top of the list. The grounds keeper Nico and house keeper Theresa are hard working and couldn't be nicer. Communication with the property manager was great and he set up transportation, massages and a chef prepared dinner for us, all wonderful. The driveway leading to the property is very steep. This is something to consider, but would not deter us from staying here again. Abner put us in touch with Romero who drove us here and there when we needed and his truck had no problem navigating the hill. Side note, most destinations in this area are on a steep hill because of the topography of the area.

Amazing Place

Our stay was magical! The views are to die for and the house beautiful. The property manager Daniel and caretaker Nicolas were awesome and so kind to us. Highly recommend hiring a chef through Daniel to cook breakfast and dinner in the house for you! The hotel restaurant next door was also delicious and will bring meals to the house. Can't wait to go back!
