Located on the hillside, Villa Bastidou 4* offers a breathtaking view of the Saint Tropez peninsula and the surrounding wooded hills of Les Issambres.

This 180 m2 villa gives you the possibility of accommodating 12 people in its 6 bedrooms. Ideal for a big family or several couples.

The villa is fully airconditionned.

The large heated mirror swimming pool of around 10x10 offers a magnificent view of the Gulf of Saint Tropez. You will find all the necessary equipment for relaxation (deckchairs, bath towels, tennis table) as well as an outside toilet.

A beautiful terrace borders the swimming pool and in a green setting, a ceramic table (6 people) allows you to have breakfast facing the Mediterranean Sea.

Under the sun-sheltered terrace, is an outdoor dining room (for 12 people) and a large gas plancha barbecue.

On the ground floor, there is a large living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped American kitchen and an indoor dining room (for 8 people).

Going up a few steps, you will find 2 bedrooms each with an en-suite shower, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and WC and 1 separate WC.

On the upper floor with direct exterior access, there is a master suite with its desk, sofa area and sea view - level access to the panoramic terrace, as well as 3 other bedrooms (including 2 sea view) each equipped with a private shower and sink, and a separate toilet.

The villa offers a large panoramic terrace on the 1st floor, with independent access from the ground floor, where you can sunbathe, contemplate the sea from its stone bench and admire the sunset during the aperitif. Also accessible from the master bedroom and a second bedroom.
