The Space:

From the 5th floor, the sound of waves reaches you before the view does. Step outside to the balcony and the horizon opens wide, an uninterrupted stretch of ocean that frames every sunrise. Whether you linger over coffee or end the day with a quiet moment, the water is always in sight.



Sleeping arrangements

Inside, the suite offers a king-size bed and a sofa bed, accommodating up to four guests. Soft bed linens, extra pillows, and room-darkening shades are provided to help you rest well. A safe is available for your valuables, and essentials such as towels and toiletries are included for convenience.



Bathroom

The private ensuite bathroom is designed with marble accents and features a deep soaking tub, hot water, shampoo, and a hair dryer.



Everyday comforts

The suite includes air conditioning and heating, a TV, Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace. Laundry needs are covered with a washer and dryer. An iron, hangers, and other basics are available, making longer stays comfortable.



Kitchen & dining

While there is no full kitchen, you will find a refrigerator, microwave, hot water kettle, and coffee maker for light meals and beverages.



Outdoor living and shared facilities

Guests have access to shared resort amenities including an outdoor pool, a fitness center with cardiovascular equipment, and a spa. The building is equipped with an elevator that meets accessibility standards, and a balcony provides outdoor space by the water.

The property is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, as well as a fire extinguisher. Building staff are available 24 hours a day to assist with check-in and general needs. Luggage dropoff is allowed for guests arriving early or departing late.

The suite is located in Sunny Isles Beach, between Miami and Fort Lauderdale. Aventura Mall and the Shoppes at Bal Harbour are nearby, and South Beach is about 12 miles away. Both Miami International Airport and Fort Lauderdale International Airport are within reach.

Guest Access:

There is a daily access fee or resort fee of $135 for the first 2 guests, and $67.50 for each additional guest, for up to maximum 4 guests for this unit. That fee gives the guests access to all the amenities of the resort, that includes Gym, Pool and Beach services. Valet parking is charged separately and is $50/day.

Please note that daily housekeeping is not included but can be scheduled for an additional charge.

It is minutes from Aventura mall, and the Shoppes at Bal Harbour, between Miami International Airport and fort Lauderdale International Airport.

About 25 min or 12 miles north of South Beach.
