OCEANFRONT SUITE IM STRAND + WETTBEWERBSPREISE & KOMPLETTE AUSSTATTUNG

Hi Buck, Thank you so much for your kind words! I’m truly glad to hear you enjoyed the ocean view and that everything in the condo met your expectations — and even exceeded them when it came to the views! I also appreciate your honest feedback regarding the floors. Your comment is well received, and I’ve already passed it along to my cleaning team so we can ensure everything is spotless for future guests. Maintaining high standards is very important to me, and I value insights like yours to keep improving. You were a wonderful guest, and I’d be thrilled to host you again whenever your travels bring you back to Sunny Isles. Don’t hesitate to reach out — the ocean will be waiting! Warm regards, David

Thank you for your kind words about the cleanliness and comfort of the condo. I'm glad to hear that overall you had a positive experience. I truly appreciate your feedback regarding the elevator noise. While the elevator's proximity can sometimes be perceived differently by guests, please note that it is a part of the building's infrastructure over which we have no control. We do our best to ensure that all other aspects of the stay are as quiet and comfortable as possible, and many guests find the noise level null. However, I do understand that sensitivity to sound can vary, and I apologize for any disruption it may have caused during your stay. I’ll keep this in mind and explore additional ways to enhance the overall guest experience. We hope to have the chance to host you again and provide an even better experience in the future. Thank you once again for staying with us.

Thank you so much for your kind words! I'm delighted to hear that the unit met your expectations and that the process was smooth for you. Providing a seamless experience and great communication is always my priority, so I truly appreciate your feedback. It was a pleasure hosting you, and I’d love to welcome you back anytime. Safe travels, and see you again soon! 😊
