Dear Sir, Good morning. We regret to hear that your recent stay with us did not meet your expectations. We would like to take this opportunity to address some of your concerns. Firstly, we would like to clarify that the apartment you rented is the same as the one depicted in the pictures on VRBO. The only difference is that the Jacuzzi has been painted in a darker blue. Additionally, the apartment was freshly cleaned before your arrival and our cleaning service was at your disposal throughout your stay. We also ensured that there was open communication with the host and that our maintenance team was on hand to assist you with any issues you may have had. They even went upstairs to show you how to use the Jacuzzi, and we were pleased to hear that your wife enjoyed the experience, as she shared pictures of herself happily using it. Regarding the smell, we would like to clarify that our beachfront property is situated in the Dominican Republic and therefore has the distinct scent of the ocean breeze. We apologize if this was not to your liking, but many of our clients appreciate this unique aspect of our location. We understand that we were not able to meet your expectations on this occasion, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. We hope that we can have the opportunity to serve you again in the future and exceed your expectations. I want to extend my sincerest apologies for not meeting your expectations during your recent stay. We were pleased to accommodate your early check-in and arranged for extra staff to assist you. I regret that the cleaning was still in progress when you arrived, but I want to emphasize that I had communicated the apartment would be ready by 3 PM. I personally checked the apartment to ensure everything was functioning properly. I understand that you didn’t have the chance to review the Check-In guidebook, which contains important information about the apartment. Had you done so, you would have seen that everything was in working order. Regarding your stay, I want to assure you that the top deck is secure, and I understand any concerns about being on a higher floor some people doing counts of paranoia. In regards to the Jacuzzi is working as well but it’s very important to read check in Guide book to be familiarize. I noted that you chose to check out a day early to explore Punta Cana upon our last conversation,, which I hope was a positive experience. Communication is key, and I encourage you to be more communicative, and not to assume that nothing doesn’t work because you don’t know how to use it. Our maintenance team is always available to ensure everything is in top shape. Additionally, the Jacuzzi needs to be covered during rain to keep the water clean, as we are in a tropical climate where rain is common. Everything in the apartment is functioning efficiently, and I wish you had taken the time to explore the guidebook for more information. Once again, I apologize for not meeting your expectations. Blessings It’s our best interest to keep our clients happy.A couples day before arriving The host explained the situation why of a cancellation due to an elderly 90 years old adult couldn’t check out to medical condition..you beg to move you to another property. And that was done at your arrival a .host was there to receive you .and go threw the Penhouse you was happy with it .any situation that were percent along your stay was resolved immediately with a host responded always and quickly we apologize we couldn’t meet your needs .
