Thank you for your response, in 8 years no one had complained about the lighting in the bedrooms or bathroom and during the daytime the caribbean sun is so bright sometimes that we actually had to install a blackout in the secondary bedroom window to address it, but I will look into replacing the bulbs with led or higher watts ones next month, sorry you had to turn on the breaker switch when you arrived, apparently the cleaning staff forgot to turn it back on, anyway it's just beside the entrance door and just takes a second to be switched back on, I'll inspect the frying pans and dish rack, which are from IKEA and replaced them accordingly, dishwasher and oven door will get fixed when I arrive next month, like you said these are just minor investments that are made from time to time. Now you know where to shop but for people reading this a quick google search will give you plenty of options to shop and places to go, or you can just ask the reception desk in the lobby downstairs and they will tell you pretty much everything you need to know, I'm also a quick text/phone call away directly or via WhatsApp or via HomeAway/VRBO message and are always glad to answer questions and offer tips and recommendations. We replace fix items as they are reported, sometimes things break unexpectedly, cook top and oven have just been replaced (brand new), more towels have been bought but 7 towels for 6 people were not that bad to begin with, plus more are available upon request if need be, pots and pans, there is plenty of cookware and utensils, the majority of my guests have had great stays overall during the years with very few minor incidents few and apart in between, but of course you can't please everybody, the comments are here and other websites where my property is also listed and of course none of those people were blackmailed to do anything, plenty of repeat customers over the years are proof of that, also anyone can check with the reception desk to find out how diligent and quick I try to resolve any type of issues when they arise (they don't work for me so their opinion is not biased), I'm sorry you feel that way.
