Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize that your stay did not meet expectations, as this is not the standard we aim to provide. Your comments regarding cleanliness, kitchen supplies, and unfinished maintenance items are concerning. These items have been shared directly with our housekeeping and maintenance teams, and corrective steps have already been taken to ensure the home is fully cleaned, properly stocked, and that all touch-up work is completed before future arrivals. We will review the blinds. I’ve personally stayed in this home and it’s one of my favorites. The home uses one of the best vacation rental cleaning companies in the desert and if something’s not to your satisfaction or an additional baking sheet is needed we are a quick call away and have people in PGA West everyday of the week. I believe the blinds in the primary bedroom are one way blinds, meaning they allow you to see out but don’t allow people to see in but I will double check. We appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention, as feedback like this helps us improve. While we regret that these issues affected your stay, we hope you’ll consider giving us another opportunity in the future, as the property and our service are normally held to a much higher standard. Thanks so much Clare! We loved having you. We really appreciate the tips. We will check the outlets and make sure any outlets that aren't working are repaired. We will also review kitchenware and updated as needed. I will call for clarification on the oven, strange it was heating warmer. I will get clarification from my team regarding the casita codes and wifi. I know that my team is working with the pool contrctor to make the pool controls easier. Thanks Again!
