Während der Saison ist die Vermietung von Samstag bis Samstag.
In der Flying Cloud (mittelhohes Gebäude mit einem Aufzug) in der Nähe der 94th Street finden Sie einige der besten Restaurants in Ocean City wie Liquid Assets, Lombardi, Bull on the Beach, Coffee Beanery und Layton.
Dies ist ein Eigentumswohngebäude. Sie müssen sich damit einverstanden erklären, die ruhigen Stunden des Gebäudes und andere Richtlinien einzuhalten.

(1) WAS NICHT INBEGRIFFEN IST: Alles ist für Ihren Aufenthalt vorgesehen, AUSSER Bettwäsche (Bettwäsche / Kissenbezüge), Bad / Dusche / Strandtücher und persönliche Toilettenartikel. Wir bieten jedoch Bettdecken und Decken für alle Betten. Gäste MÜSSEN Bettwäsche für Betten mitbringen, die sie benutzen möchten, und sollten Handtücher und Toilettenartikel für ihren Aufenthalt mitbringen. Wir bemühen uns, Handseife, Papiertücher und Toilettenpapier für alle Besucher bereitzustellen. Solange alle Gäste während ihres Aufenthalts nur das mitnehmen, was sie benötigen, sind diese Gegenstände während Ihres Besuchs dort.

(2) SCHLAFZIMMER-EINRICHTUNG:

(3) PARKEN: Unser Platz umfasst zwei reservierte Parkplätze. Das Gebäude verfügt außerdem über 6 zusätzliche gemeinsame Besucherparkplätze. Ein Gerät kann bis zu zwei dieser Spots verwenden, indem es im Gerät befindliche Hängeetiketten am Rückspiegel aufhängt, während es an einem Besucherplatz geparkt ist. Besucherplätze sind normalerweise verfügbar, aber nicht garantiert.

(4) MIETALTERANFORDERUNGEN: Wir vermieten nicht an "Senior Week" -Gruppen oder andere High School-Gruppen oder Junggesellen- / Junggesellinnenabschiede. Das Mindestmietalter beträgt 25 Jahre. Wir können keine Ausnahmen von dieser Richtlinie machen. Bitte buchen Sie nicht sofort, wenn Sie diese Anforderungen nicht erfüllen.

(5) SOMMERVERMIETUNG: Während der Saison (Memorial Day bis Labor Day jeden Sommer) vermieten wir Samstag bis Samstag. Wenn Sie Sonntag bis Sonntag oder Freitag bis Freitag bevorzugen, kontaktieren Sie uns bitte und wir werden versuchen, mit Ihnen zu arbeiten!

Excellent location and great property

This was our second time staying here. It was as great as we remembered it and will likely stay again in the near future. Very comfy and cozy feel and great location right on the beach with the living room and master bedroom facing the waves. The owner is very accommodating and we love everything about this place.

Lovely Unit, Lovely Time

Great location with direct ocean view and within walking distance of two good restaurants. Unit was well appointed, particularly regarding kitchen and paper products. Loved the Keurig. There is a notebook with step by step instructions about checking in and setting up and checking out. Notified owner of a burned out bulb (wasn't burned out when we arrived) and got a quick response. We (3 elderly sisters) would love to rent here again.

Lovely condo amazing location

So happy I chose to spend my vacation here I already booked next year! Very very clean! Appliances and some furniture updated from photos. Loved the higher seats on patio to be able to see over railing while relaxing. All the little amenities provided were a nice surprise! All cooking supplies seemed to be very sufficient and plates silverware etc….we made most of our food at the condo and was never missing a thing. Appreciate all the thought they put into making our stay more comfortable and we can’t wait to visit again. Food tips: Lombardis’s had amazing pizza and albertino’s great food!

Nice quiet beachfront condo

Great location at the north end of Ocean City, marvelous unobstructed beachfront view for watching the sunrise, and a nicely furnished private balcony for just chilling. It's a quiet, low-key, comfortable, and very well maintained condo unit that's close to eating places, and reserved parking (2 spaces) is a big plus. Loved being able to fall asleep listening to the surf at night. Owner Jen was terrific to work with and very responsive. No question that we'd choose this property again when we visit Ocean City.

Relaxing Enjoyable Stay

Overall, this is a great place to enjoy a relaxing week in OCMD. The balcony view is spectacular and the pictures listed online are accurate. Please note: the refrigerator, oven and dishwasher have been updated to stainless steel. The location is very convenient for getting groceries. You also have assigned parking (great spots close to the building). It's a small building which accounts for less crowding on the beach. It was very quiet during our stay. If you plan to cook/dine-in, the kitchen is not stocked very well. There was only (1) stained baking sheet, no standard sized forks, knives were dull and an assortment of mismatched glassware. Overall, the condo was clean. We would love to see the kitchen cabinets/countertop updated. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Perfection!

From the location to the view to the ease of access to the beach, we could not have enjoyed our stay more!! I absolutely love OC in the off season and this stay made me love it even more. The condo is nicely decorated and the master bed is oh so comfy. The balcony was my favorite part of the condo and I spent several hours out there reading or just watching the waves. We have a new favorite rental in OC and would honestly love to purchase in this building if anything would come available 😍. Thank you Jen for your prompt responses to questions, your flexibility and for sharing your beach home with us!

Relaxing Getaway

This condo has beautiful ocean views from the living room and master bedroom. We enjoyed spending most of our time relaxing on the deck and admiring the views and enjoying the sound of the waves. Both bathrooms have been recently renovated and the condo was clean and welcoming. The pictures online are a true representation of the condo. Communication with the owner was great, she was very responsive to our inquires. Location is also great, within close proximity to many nice restaurants – Hooked and the Hobbit being our personal favorites. We would definitely stay here again when we return to OCMD.

Ocean Waves All Day

This apartment was perfect for a mini-week at the beach in the early fall. Doesn't matter the weather because you can sit on the balcony or lay in bed and watch the waves. The condo had easy parking and was a great location to access Ocean City and Fenwick attractions and restaurants. I will mention to future renters that this unit is on the second floor and is directly across from the elevator. This did not matter for us since it was off season and quiet anyway. But someone staying the the back room may have some noise from the elevator. The bathrooms were newly appointed and everything was clean. Overall, great stay and great communication with owner. Would recommend.

Wonderful Condo in a Convenient Location

We had a great stay in this condo. In was very clean and spacious enough for four adults and a toddler. The ocean view was a fantastic feature. The location is great with some restaurants and shops close by, and Acme right across the street for your grocery needs. Jen was a great host, answering any questions I had leading up and during — usually answering my messages within a few minutes. I would 100% recommend.
