Property Details:
This 40-sqm apartment is located on the 1st floor with an elevator. The living area is furnished with a sofa bed, flat-screen TV and dining table and can also be used as a work-from-home space. There is a high-speed Wi-Fi Internet connection (1/Gbps) suitable for working from home and making video calls.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, electric tea kettle, toaster, mini refrigerator, stove, drip coffee machine, microwave oven, dishwasher and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. This property does not have a clothes washer, but there is a laundromat closeby. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available.

The bedroom faces the street and is furnished with a double size bed and superior quality mattress. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has one shower room with a bathtub/shower and sink. The toilet is located in a separate water closet. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay.

Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans are provided.

- The apartment is NOT suitable for parties, events and photoshoots and the maximum number of guests should never exceed 4 people.
- Minimum age. The main booker must be at least 25 years of age or older. Unaccompanied minors are not allowed.
- Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom.

The Neighborhood:
This apartment is in one of the most famous areas of Paris. From your front door, you are steps from the Seine River and the Ile Saint Louis, home of the infamous Bertillon ice cream. The Notre Dame Cathedral and gorgeous Ile de la Cite are 5 minutes’ walk and are not to be missed on any trip to Paris!

You are always just steps from the hugely popular St Michel, St Germain and Jardin des Plantes. At your doorstep you’ll find a huge array of restaurants, bistros, cafés, ice cream parlours, florists, artisan chocolatiers, art galleries and much more! There is also the infamous Rue Mouffetard nearby which is alongside a wide variety of cafes, restaurants, butchers, grocers and more!

Within walking distance of the apartment is the fantastic Pantheon, resting place of many important French figures. The Jardin des Plantes is 10 minutes’ walk away - perfect for a morning jog, afternoon picnic or sunset stroll.

This apartment is just next to the Censier Daubenton (Line 7). The Line 7 makes it easy to access northern areas of the capital. Just hop on the Metro to cross the Seine and get to the Louvre Museum, Rue Saint Denis, l’Opéra and more!

A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of €40 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for €40. Both can be provide for €60. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed.

*The property may vary slightly from the photos due to recent renovations, furniture rearrangements or other. This will be indicated in the description or photos when possible.

*In the instance that you you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you to provide the keys: if you arrive between 7:00PM and 10:00PM there will be a €50 late check-in fee. After 10:00PM there will be a €90 check-in fee. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point. Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival.

Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00.

Nice Property, terrible property management
This is my first negative review of a VRBO property/experience. The property itself was fine. My issues were with the cityapartmentstay.com property management company. Trying to make the reservation sent me to several different websites with various names of the property. I was so concerned the property was being spoofed that I called VRBO to check the validity of the reservation. Consistently the property was referenced by a different name than what I reserved. The contract I needed to sign was for 90 days on different dates stayed. The security deposit requirement of 2/3 the weekly rate was outrageous. It also took 6 weeks and several emails to get my security deposit back. Net: if it was such a consistently bad experience with the property management company; this would be a nice place to stay.

Great neighborhood
The location of this apartment is great. The metro is across the street and easy to get anywhere. There is a bakery across the street and a cafe downstairs. Lots of food choices within walking distance. The checkin procedure was a pain. You have to go to this mini mart place (during business hours) with a special code and then they give you the keys, then you have to walk another 2-3 blocks to the actual apartment. You also have to return these keys before you leave. The apartment itself was “fine”. It is really a studio with a curtain separating the bedroom and living space, so if someone wants to nap, it is very noisy and there is no way to close out the sound. The chairs at the table are just fold away chairs, so a bit uncomfortable. Lastly, the place needs a deep cleaning. Anywhere you place your hands - light switches, doors where you close and various places on the walls are filthy - like black. Overall, we did not spend a lot of time at the apartment, so it was okay. But, the neighborhood and ease of transportation was more important to us.
