This bright and airy 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment offers generously proportioned rooms, comfortable furnishings, wifi, air conditioning, and a large corner terrace for outdoor living. It sleeps six, yet is comfy enough for a couple. And all within walking distance to Antibles’ beautiful beaches, markets, restaurants, shopping, and public transport.
The master bedroom has a king size bed (160x190cm) and plenty of wardrobe space.
The second bedroom is flexible and can be arranged family style with twin beds (80x190) or as a large king size bed (160x190cm) above which is a double loft bed (140x190cm).
High quality linens and duvet covers, all provided.
Bathroom 1 features a large rain shower.
Bathroom 2 has shower and a washing machine.
Towels provided (2 per guest).
The kitchen is equipped with intergrated appliances : oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave, coffee maker, citrus press, toaster, kettle, dishes and cooking ustensils.
The kitchen has a pass-through to the dining area which opens to the large corner living room, a convivial bright, airy space with comfy wingback chairs and television.
The dining room, living room, and bedrooms all feature sliding floor to ceiling glass patio doors that open unto the wrap around corner terrace (50m2), perfect for alfresco dining, coffee breaks, or relaxing on loungers in the sun.
The entrance and hall offer ample closet and storage space.
A secure parking space is provided in the basement of the building.
The apartment is in a well kept, managed property with lush gardens and swimming pool (open according to covid legislation from May until September).

About our location : Antibes is perfectly located to explore the Cote d’Azur and its surroundings: Monte Carlo, Grasse, St Paul de Vence, Cannes, Mougins, Valbonne or Nice. Nice international airport - 30-40 minutes drive by car or 30 minutes by train. There are many activities nearby for children such as Marineland and the Waterpark in Antibes and Parc Phoenix in Nice. If culture attracts you, you are ideally placed next to the Grimaldi Castle, the Picasso Museum and the Archaeological Museum, as well as the new ANTHEA theatre. You can also plan day trips to the mountain or to close-by Italy. The extensive local bus and/or train network offer access to these lovely settings.
However, you don’t have to venture far at all to enjoy a lovely vacation in Antibes as you are walking distance to beaches, sailing, the provencal market, great restaurants, cafes, culture, and relaxation.
