The cosy living/sleeping area has a comfortable double sofa bed, a double bed, and a TV, perfect for relaxing in the evening, while the adjoining dining table is great for social eating together.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, and fridge to easily prepare a tasty home cooked meal. The cooking utensils and kitchenware are provided for your use as well.

The bathroom comes with a walk-in shower and a washing machine.

Please note the flat isn't adapted to people with reduce mobility.

A well-to-do western suburb of Paris, Courbevoie is in touch with the centre of the city, but has an easy, residential feel. There are some understated museums to check out, housed in pavilions that were made for the Exposition Universelle in 1878. Courbevoie also contains some of La Défense, the city’s modern banking district, so you won’t have to go far for dynamic urban architecture and France’s number one shopping mall.

And despite being in the suburbs, you’ll also have lightning-quick journey times to the centre of Paris on the Métro Line 1. Below are some interesting things you can do in Courbevoie:

1. Visit Musée Roybet Fould
2. Visit Pavillon des Indes
3. Chill at Parc de Bécon
4. Check out La Défense’s eccentric architecture and sculptures
5. Visit Château de Malmaison

The apartment is located near the business district of La Défense (Metro line 1 and RER A) giving direct access to all the tourist places of Paris:
- 8 minutes from the Champs Elysees
- 15 min from the Louvre

Easy to walk to "Great Arch".
• Metro 1 and RER-A "La Defense" station 10 minutes walking from home (RER and Metro are two main railways transport in Paris).
• Easy from / to Charles de Gaulle or Orly airport and any railway stations since RER-A and RER-B are well connected.
• Metro 1 in the main touristic places (direct metro line 1 to: Champs Elysees, Louvre, Opera, Les Marais and Bastille).
• Notre Dame Cathedral (20 min).
• Eiffel Tower (20 min)

Both airports (Orly and Roissy) are around 45-60 minutes train ride.
10 minutes from "Ryanair" Bus Parking from Beauvais Airport (Port Maillot, metro line 1)

This is a self-check-in property, you will have to go to a store located 1 minute away by foot from the apartment to pick the key up. More information on how this will work out will be provided before your stay

If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
