Die Seagrove-Gemeinde mit gepflegten Eigentumswohnungen, üppigem Grün und Gemeinschaftspool liegt zentral, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Grand Pavilion, dem Konferenzzentrum, den Dörfern und den Geschäften und Restaurants der Wild Dunes entfernt. Zusätzlich zur Lage wurde diese erstaunliche Villa komplett renoviert. Eine brandneue Küche, neue Badezimmer und natürlich modernisierte Möbel machen dies zu einer Luxusvilla.

Beim Betreten der Villa werden Sie von der modernen Küche begrüßt, die maßgefertigte Schränke, offene Regale, Granitoberflächen und hochwertige Edelstahlgeräte umfasst. Der große Arbeitsbereich und die Bar bieten Platz für vier neue Barhocker. Die Küche ist mit einer Kaffeemaschine, einem Toaster, einem Mixer sowie allen Kochgeschirr- und Servierstücken ausgestattet, die für ein köstliches Essen für die ganze Familie benötigt werden.

Das Wohnzimmer bietet bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten, in denen sich alle versammeln und entspannen können, während Sie nach einem langen Tag am Strand den 50-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher genießen. Der Esstisch unter der schwebenden Treppe bietet Platz für vier Personen. Das Gästezimmer und das Gemeinschaftsbad befinden sich ebenfalls auf dieser Etage. Das erste Schlafzimmer befindet sich im ersten Stock und bietet ein Kingsize-Bett, einen TV und ein eigenes Bad.

We enjoyed our stay at Seagrove Villa in Isle of Palm. The condo was updated and had everything we needed. It was spacious and clean. We would suggest the owner getting a de-humidifier as the place was a bit moist overall, but nothing to keep up from coming back.

The place was beautiful and fit what we needed however, the rain we had during our stay left a water stain on the ceiling and my only actual complaint would be the dusting of the exhaust fans were pretty dirty. Could use a good dusting, plus it being a fire hazard for sure. Other than those two things, it was a magnificent stay. Thank you

Honest review: this property did not meet expectations, and the listing is inaccurate.We stayed April 24–27 and found the home to be unclean upon arrival. There was visible dust on ceiling fans, dirty air vents throughout, water stains on the ceilings in multiple rooms, and the living room couches were heavily soiled and in poor condition.There were also several maintenance issues that affected our stay. In the downstairs bedroom, the ceiling fan made a loud noise when used on high, the light fixture near the door was loose, and the cable outlet behind the dresser was partially pulled out of the wall. The bed did not have a proper comforter—only an empty duvet cover.The downstairs bathroom fan and ceiling light were not working, and the shower pressure was very low. Additionally, using hair dryers in both bathrooms at the same time caused the circuit breaker to trip. In the upstairs bathroom, there was visible wood rot and a rusted toilet paper holder.The beach access advertised in the listing is also misleading. The access point shown in the photos has been closed for some time, which was confirmed by neighboring guestsThere isn’t a beach here. In the afternoon. After 130pm, the beach is gone. .Due to these conditions, we chose to leave a day and a half early. Based on the cleanliness issues, maintenance problems, and inaccurate listing details, we would not stay here again. Photos were taken to document these concerns.

Beautiful home and great location

We loved our stay at seagrove. The unit is very close to the pool, beach and short walk to the main resort and dining. A few extra amenities such as earlier check-in, later checkout and beach towels, etc would make this stay perfect. Overall though we really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent vacation

My mom, daughter and I went on a girl’s trip. We had an amazing time. The place is beautiful and is exactly how it is described online. The location is perfect, and you are able to use the Wild Dunes pools and reserve chairs. The walk to the beach was fast and easy. My only downside was the cellphone reception, but that could have just been me. We loved our time there and would love to go back.

Beautiful condo in great location

We certainly enjoyed our time in IOP/Wild Dunes. The condo was beautiful. Loved the setup. Location was great. Waking distance to main resort. It was a little tricky getting Lyft to the location but we had a quick conversation with the drivers and were able to get them to the right area. Overall it was a wonderful time. Thank you.

Girls Trip to SG7C

We had an amazing stay! We were given good directions through the Dack app and instructions on how to get into the property. *Note you have to pre print the pass they send to get into the Wild Dunes area. SG7C looked exactly as the pictures show. It was very clean, quiet and cozy! The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed having so much within walking distance and while it does not have ocean views it is so close that you can quickly walk there. My friend and I were able to enjoy the sunrise on the beach one morning!

Perfect spot for a getaway

The location, convenience and cleanliness was spot on. I wish I had found out the mattress brand, they were the most comfortable I've slept on in some time! My only two complaints were the fridge was very loud and the pool chairs were a bit shabby - extremely minor issues and easily overlooked.

Very nice property. Conveniently located. Clean. Disappointed that did not have elevator.

This condo was perfect for our family. Steps from the beach, the pool and the resort.
