Diese schöne zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer Villa ist mit Meerblick in einer ruhigen Gegend von Wild Dunes entfernt. Genießen Sie die neue offene Grundriss im Erdgeschoss! Die frische neue Küche verfügt über alle neuen Geräte aus Edelstahl, kundenspezifische Gehäuse viel Stauraum, schöne Quarz-Arbeitsplatten und Fliesenboden bieten. Hinter der Küche ist der Wohn- und Essbereich, der eine neue Weinbar, komplett mit Untergegenkühlvorrichtung bietet. Der Essbereich bietet Platz für vier Personen, während das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen 55 "großen Flachbild-TV mit Videorecorder, Blue Ray und DVD und direkten Zugang zur Veranda mit herrlichem Blick auf den Ozean und den Pool! Auch im Erdgeschoss ist ein Gästezimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten und einem 32 "Flachbildfernseher, eine Badewanne (mit einem Fön!) mit der Halle, und ein Hauswirtschaftsraum geteilt. Die Master-Suite im Obergeschoss bietet ein Kingsize-Bett, 32 "-LCD-Flachbildfernseher, ein eigenes Bad (mit einem Fön!) Es gibt überdachte Parkplätze unter und Zugang zu einem Gemeinschaftspool. Dies ist eine zweite Etage mit zwei Treppen zur Vordertür. W-lan. Bettw��sche. Rauchen Verboten. Keine Haustiere.

Great beach stay at a perfect location

We had an awesome experience here. Stayed with my husband and two young kids. Perfect location just steps from the pool and beach. About 8 min walk from main restaurants and shops in Wild Dunes, but far enough away from the main hotel that beach wasn’t too crowded. Bed/bathrooms were comfy and clean. Note that primary bedroom is upstairs away from main floor

issues with cleanliness

Well appointed, spotlessly clean, very good wi-fi service, superb view! So convenient for beach walks and easy access to pool! We visited old favorites in Isle of Palms, Mt. Pleasant and Charleston-Acme Lowcountry Seafood, Obstinate Daughter and new discoveries-Leon’s and newly remodeled, definitely upgraded Islander 71!! First time to see a show at Dock Street Theater-highly recommend! Valets at Seagrass Inn were awesome when Uber driver dropped us there; refusing to take us further to our condo!

The remote was not easy to use when trying to access streaming apps. Instructions would be helpful. We would have used our own firestick, but the ports were inaccessible due to a sign saying not to move the TV. Thankfully we didn’t spend much time on the couch watching TV. The beach and the overall area is lovely.

Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our vacation in this property, it was neat and clean with ocean view and 5 mins walk to the beach so I would recommend it for anyone.Few things needed to be perfect, balcony needs a waterproof umbrella as every time it rains we couldn’t go out and the online property description was not clear enough to say it’s a second floor and another thing was the the master bedroom is upstairs and the other bedroom is downstairs but other than that all was great.

Great stay at the property. Everything was clean and amenities provided. Great location as well being so close to the beach and pavilion. Only suggestion is a deadbolt of sorts on the front door since the “kids room” is right off of the entry and parents would be upstairs.

Beach condo

The condo was conveniently located with an easy walk to beach. The property could use some updating, however, was clean. The living room furniture is not comfy and the master suite bed is firm.

Reviewer Comments: It's hard to beat IOP & Wild Dunes, so just being in the resort itself is beautiful with less crowded beach areas.I did giggle when I saw the other reviews about the couch, but after staying I will agree there needs to be a new couch asap. We are not very tall people at all and it was extremely uncomfortable to read my book, watch football etc. Other than that the condo is great! We loved being walking distance to the resort amenities for ice cream or a night cap at the lobby bar!I had to grab some air freshener, the cleaning products the crew uses doesn't leave behind the most welcoming aroma- just an FYI. Easy fix :)The kitchen update is beautiful, I cook so an updated kitchen is appreciated! We love Wild Dunes and IOP!

This unit had everything we needed. The only complaint is the couch is very uncomfortable but we weren't there to sit inside any way.
