The house was as great as it looks. Lots of dedicated towels for the amazing hot tub and a good supply of basic kitchen tools for food prep and baking. Pro tip for renters, though: If you plan on making use of that wet bar, bring your own bar tools, and maybe an ice bucket because there is no ice downstairs. Also, you might want to bring your own fireplace matches or a long lighter, just in case. Ours was almost empty and it's needed to light the grill and the fire table. Minor quibbles for a really special house.

Loved the property! Check in process was smooth and house was clean when we arrived. We stayed for a week and it was the most relaxing experience. House is very spacious and has a full kitchen. Best memories of this place are sitting on the deck and enjoying the views with coffee every morning and doing the same with a drink sitting in the hot tub at night! We will definitely be back!

WOW Experience

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Skytop Chalet. The house was amazing and had plenty of room for all. The game room and extra space in the basement was very well appointed. The views and the deck space outside were such a positive. The neighborhood is very close to Black Mountain and about 30 minutes or so from Asheville. Overall, we would definitely stay in the home again and can’t wait for our next stay!!

Nothing short of an amazing stay

When we pulled up to the house, it looked just like the pictures. Absolutely stunning location. The inside of the house lived up to all expectations. We were two families traveling together with teenaged boys. The house was perfect. It had the amenities to keep all of us busy and plenty of space to spread out. We could not have been happier with our choice. Also, the house was immaculate. The entire rental process was smooth and went off without a hitch!
