Diese 4. Etage Balkonsuite ist für einen König geeignet. Etwas mehr Privatsphäre auf diesem Balkon am Meer. Das Gebäude ragt direkt nach Norden heraus und gibt Ihnen nur einen Nachbarn nach Süden. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein Queensize-Schlafsofa mit Laminatboden. Ein Deckenventilator fördert die Meeresbrise. Unmittelbar unter dem 32 "-Flachbildfernseher im Wohnzimmer ist viel Platz in den Schubladen. Verspiegelte Wände lassen diesen Bereich etwas geräumiger wirken. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und verfügt über einen 4-Flammen-Herd mit Backofen. Das Badezimmer wurde mit einem neuen Waschtisch, einer Badewanne mit Haltegriff und einem Medikamentenschrank ausgestattet. Das private Schlafzimmer hat auch Laminatboden. Loved having staff check daily to see if we need towels, toilet paper or anything to make our stay enjoyable. Great heated pool. The beachfront view makes for a pretty sunrises & from the front door beautiful sunsets. Good seafood restaurants are about a 15 minute drive. Would definitely stay there again.

Housekeeping and maintenance are very helpful and prompt. Some tips: Unlike some VRBOs they keep you supplied in paper towels, etc. They offer fresh towels everyday, etc. Nice laundry that uses a handy app to pay. Only minor things I would change which may be fixed soon anyway e.g better lighting in bedroom, mattress just now starting to need replacement, perhaps packing tips sent out a week before arrival in a See You Soon email.

Wonderful getaway

We loved our short stay at the condo. It was clean and had a fantastic view from the balcony. The mattress could probably use to be replaced but it was a great experience and we plan to return.

The bathroom is too tiny to move around in. If you love the beach and don’t mind a tighter space this place would work out just fine. Located near roads to get you anywhere so that was convenient. The pool area was taken care of and easy access to the beach. Parking lot was safe and plenty of parking. We had a nice week there.

Things needing attention

The main issues that need attention are 1. The couch is nasty looking and worn. The sleeper in it is awful and should not be advertised as a bed. The whole thing needs replacing. 2. While looking for outlets to charge phones, we found two that were exposing wires and the covers not secure. One also looked like it had smut or soot on it. Those need electrical attention. Thank you.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Beachersand their staff and we have stayed there 15 or more times. Only one unit has had a problem and that was an old damaged bed. This one has a veru very overused mattress as in you are going to sink a lot on either side but not in the middle. The hide a bed couch is extremely uncomfortable and the only chair in the living room is softer than a marshmellow...all add up to it uncomfortable to lay, sleep or sit anywhere. The rest of the unit is fine.We will never rent this unit again.

Our weekend away could have been better.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First, the bugs on the balcony were horrendous! The bugs at the pool were so bad you couldn’t sit around unless you were in the pool. Rooms were less than desirable. Small bugs throughout. We called and ask for towel replacement on the third day around 10 am, when we got back to the room around 6 we were told we had to come to the office. We accidentally left our key in the room, someone had to come back after 10 (10:12) PM. They gave us a one time entry key. I feel like with an ID they could have gave me a key that worked. I had 3 people in my one bedroom. Someone slept on the fold out, so uncomfortable, first there was no sheets. One small blanket and a pillow was in the “closet” area of the bedroom.The bathroom is so small that 2 people couldn’t possibly fit in at once. I wouldn’t recommend to friends. You couldn’t enjoy the deck or the pool at all. The pool has old seating and most are sitting chairs, maybe 6 lounge chairs and NO room to use your own. Pool was clean.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was great - terrific view. Initially I was assigned room 107 - no view, bed in the wall. Do you use that for residents of the Witness Protection Program. The staff was pleasant, room was kept clean. Suggestions: a. provide an explanation of how to use the TV. You have two clockers. I am not familiar with that. b. check your pool. You say it is kept at 85 degrees but it was much cooler than that. A key reason I chose your venue was to use the "heated" pool. It didn't feel heated - on several days, I could not use it.

Great location, affordable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in a “Silver” rated room, so we weren’t surprised by the “older” furnishings. I had to clean some stuff in the room upon arrival, like wiping surfaces (tables, dining chairs) that didn’t seem like they had been wiped off in a while. Overall, it was good for the price. Next time, I would book a gold rated room to have more comfortable furniture and bed. Amazing location.
