Diese charmante Patio Suite Plus in der 1. Etage bietet einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Ozean. Die Marine- und Seeliege ist der perfekte Ort, um den Blick auf das Meer und den großen 37-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher zu genießen. Laminatböden sorgen für eine angenehme Strandholzatmosphäre. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, obwohl das Küchentischset schon bessere Zeiten gesehen hat. Das Badezimmer wurde mit einer brandneuen Badewanne, Haltegriff und gebogener Duschstange aktualisiert. Das private Schlafzimmer verfügt über einen 25-Zoll-Standardfernseher und ein komfortables Kingsize-Bett, der perfekte Ort, um sich in diesem Rückzugsort am Meer zu entspannen. Perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay. The rental was decent, clean and well equipped. The best part was definitely the location with being able to walk right to the beach, and the heated pool was an added bonus.

There were several minor maintenance / updates issues that should be addressed. The rental management staff was very help suggesting several great restaurants nearby, The Elkhouse Eatery and Viola's.

Great Beachfront Property

Easy quick checkin, amazing staff, room was cleaned and restocked every day. Pet friendly restaurant right next door walk over. Beach is clean and beautiful, not crowded. Room needed to be updated, but still accommodating for a beach property. We will be returning!

to put it in simple terms ,after the first 5 days ,we rebooked for 2025 ! same room , same three months . the people the place the location can not be topped ! beachfront , with a cool strip mall across the road , with an ice cream shop !

Perfect Location!

We had a wonderful time at Beacher's Lodge. Just steps from the beach AND dog friendly: AMAZING! This condo could benefit from an update or two. The furniture was chipped, the dresser veneer peeling, and the bed is drooping in the middle. Despite the cosmetic issues, the condo was clean and has a great view of the dune and ocean (look for the big turtle who hangs out nearby!).

Outdated and in need of a deep clean

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our room was overall not generally clean. Pee on the sanitized toilet seat. Light out over the kitchen counter. Rust marks all over the floor where furniture was moved over the years. Sugar ants in the sink. Furniture old and not in good condition. Dust everywhere. Room was so humid, I understand we’re near the beach but it was wet. Room is in desperate need of updating, paint, some kind of wall treatment. Very much cheap motel vibes. Staff was extremely friendly. This place needs some TLC. I left a day early because of how abysmal the room felt, went up the street to another hotel. No refund for my dissatisfaction due to the managers policy. Will definitely not stay again.

Le personnelle est exceptionnelle. Notre unité 124 manque beaucoup d’amour. Les chiens sont les bienvenus…Mais l’endroit où il faut allé pour leurs besoins est trop petite et n’est pas pratique.

Very dirty

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There was sooo much dog hair. The sofa was covered, the floor, EVERYTHING. It was floating in the air, on the curtains. I called the front desk and all they said was “unfortunately it is a dog friendly rental and we can send housekeeping in the morning” there was a knock at like 6am. I didn’t answer bc I was trying to sleep. She didn’t come back for 2 days and when she did.. she didn’t vacuum, sweep or mop. She sat towels down and a toilet paper roll. It was really, really dirty. I took pictures. This place has so much potential. The sheets on the bed were also dirty and had human hairs in them. The pillows smelled terrible. I had to ask for new sheets immediately. The housekeeper was mean. My husband would take out the trash and towels so all she had to do was vacuum and mop and she didn’t. She had a bad attitude when we asked for towels and trash bags. Front desk man was nice tho. I only liked it bc of its location. We stayed a week and I had to wear shoes in the condo the whole time. I’ve never stayed at a place so dirty before in my life. There was dirt and dog hair in every place imaginable. Very unfortunate. There were a few other mishaps but I’m not even mad about those. It was the lack of cleanliness for me. The pictures of the condo are old. The sofa and chair were so gross. Everything that was made of fabric was disgusting. Even the remotes were sticky. Basically the housekeepers are ruining this place.

The condo layout and amenities were was described. The condo was clean but did have a few minor maintenance issues. Check in was easy and quick with very good staff. I would recommend this unit.
