Kathy is a community leader & Entrepreneur with over 35+ years of training/ empowering leaders and building the capacity of nonprofit agencies. She is the founder of A Circle of Ten, Inc is a nonprofit building capacity of leaders to improve the quality of life in their community. It's a Network for Collaboration and Teaching Community Organizing, Program Development & Grant Writing as a Process, since 1996. C10 offers monthly 3-day grant writing seminars on-site. It’s common for Dragonhead guests to return to the Retreat for professional development.
Jeffrey, an Architect with 35 years specializing in energy-efficient design, technologies, and construction of homes, churches, and businesses, is renowned for his artistry in creating beautiful structures. Dragonhead Retreat exemplifies this.
Both are active in their community and volunteer with Edom artists bringing Art to Life. As well as nonprofit Veteran and performance efforts working to increase artist and business opportunities in the area.
