The Space:

Step into the brand new, custom-built home where comfort, charm, and tranquility merge with a modern twist in the heart of East Texas. Thoughtfully equipped with your comfort in mind, one bedroom features oversized bunk beds, perfect for friends or teens, while the primary offers a queen-size bed with a separate patio view for ultimate relaxation. An additional sleeper sofa ensures everyone has a spot to unwind after a day of adventure.



Inside, you'll discover an inviting interior with warm furnishings, comfortable bedding, and a premium, fully-stocked kitchen ready for home-cooked meals. Stay connected with Wi-Fi, enjoy your favorite streaming on smart TVs with a soundbar / subwoofer, and find all the essential appliances/amenities to make your stay effortless and enjoyable. We also offer ample parking for our guests.



Fire up the Blackstone griddle, roast s'mores near the fire, enjoy a meal on the patio or challenge your fellow guests to a game of cornhole. We've curated the perfect canvas for you to relax, reconnect and make lasting memories.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the home and everything it has to offer, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. We kindly ask that you refrain from accessing the locked supply closet, as it contains turnover items used for preparing the home between guests.

Please note! We do have a size limit on pets, Max 20lbs.



Additionally, please note that there are security cameras monitoring the exterior of the property for security purposes only. These cameras do not record or monitor any interior spaces.

While we maintain a regular professional pest control schedule and take preventative measures to keep the home comfortable, we cannot guarantee a completely critter-free environment. By booking, you acknowledge that the home is located in a rural, wooded area where encounters with native insects and wildlife are possible. The presence of occasional insects or critters native to the area is a natural part of the setting and is not grounds for a refund or discount.
