We’re truly sorry, however, that the condition of the home and the issues you encountered did not meet your expectations. We apologize for the concerns with the ants, noisy appliances and air conditioning units, older furniture, and the discrepancies between the listing photos and the home as you found it. We also understand how frustrating it must have been to learn that the TVs and cable service were not functioning as expected, especially after maintenance was contacted. Your comments about the home needing a refresh are important to us, and we will be reviewing these concerns with our maintenance and management teams. We also recognize that the listing should accurately reflect the current condition and amenities of the property, and we will be taking a closer look at that as well. We appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention.
