A living room with a non-convertible sofa - 3 bedrooms with 2 beds (90 x 190 cm) that can be converted into a double bed - 2 bathrooms with shower - 2 separate toilets - A fully equipped kitchen open to the living room (dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, Dolce Gusto capsule coffee maker, toaster, combined refrigerator, ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, microwave) - A terrace and a garden.
It is also equipped with a barbecue, an LCD TV, a vacuum cleaner, an iron and an ironing board, a safe, garden furniture and free Wi-Fi.
Location: This house is located approximately 600 meters from the beach and 250 meters from the residence's heated swimming pool.
Obligatory tourist tax: €1 per day and per adult.
Final cleaning and rental of laundry package (sheets and towels) are included.
Extras (on reservation) not included in the rates, to be paid upon arrival:
- Baby bed: €10 per day.
- Beach towel: €10 per towel.
- Intermediate cleaning: €100.
- Late arrival (after reception closure hours): €20.
- Animal admitted only on request: €20 per animal per day.
