It was a pleasure to have you and your family in residence at Casa Mia. Linda and I were pleased you were able to follow the “Tour de France” on our big screen after a little “tweaking” of the numerous channel selections. Thanks also for being communicative throughout the entire process from booking to departure when the villa was left in perfect order and on time. Hope to see you guys again on a future occasion as the kiddies grow up and build more memories! Remember we face full sunny south, and our terraces are heated so we offer an ideal base for winter mountain biking or ski expeditions! Stephen and Linda

Gorgeous place

The hosts were very hospital, courteous and accommodating. The place is fabulously decorated with lovely touches all over the place, and corners to keep everyone entertained. Lovely outdoor kitchen, outdoor bar, swimming pool, and last but not least pétanque court! Highly recommended gem!

Incredible home and hospitality! The owners have truly thought of every detail to make this a special place to vacation. Stephan and the manager, Maria, were wonderfully responsive—making everything from transportation to even a last‑minute hair appointment effortless.We traveled as a party of 10 and found the villa spacious, comfortable, and perfect for both adults and kids. The outdoor movie nights were such a treat, the private chef recommended was amazing and the diving board quickly became a favorite highlight for the children. The location is also ideal—Ubers were easy to get, and walking into town was convenient and fun.I couldn’t recommend this vacation home more—it’s the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and thoughtful touches.

You guys certainly enjoyed a full programme of activities and seemed to find the perfect balance between family dinners at home and all the outside activities and restaurants close by. I heard your time canyoning in the nearby mountains and snorkelling from the Catamaran was such fun. A big thanks to you for leaving our home in perfect shape, it’s guests like you guys that enable Linda and I to travel as we do and return with ideas back to make our French home unique and comfortable. A Beautiful Villa in Mougins

We were the first guests to stay in Villa Mia and how lucky we were. Nine of us stayed for two weeks in this large but very homely house in Mougins. It is an absolutely beautiful clean house and very tastefully decorated. It is incredibly well equipped and we lacked for nothing. The upstairs bedrooms are air conditioned which was very welcome as the sun shone down for the whole two weeks. Two of the bedrooms open out on to a balcony with a view of the gardens but also further to the sea in Cannes. Downstairs we made good use of the kitchen which was very well equipped but did not use the lounge or dining area as the weather was so good that we made use of the amazing outside space of the property. There is a large dining table on a covered terrace which overlooks the pool and pretty garden where we always ate and played board games. We absolutely loved the outside Moroccan themed comfortable seating area just to sit and chat but particularly to watch films in the evening on the large pull down cinema screen. The swimming pool was warm and pristine clean in which we spent many fun and happy hours. Further along the terrace are other seating areas and it is very difficult to know where to actually sit as each area is very inviting and comfortable. When we did tear ourselves away from the villa its location is very close to the A8 and therefore access to Cannes, Nice, Antibes and other destinations on the Cote d' Azur is very easy. Places we loved were Old Antibes, Nice and St Honorat Island. The fireworks in Cannes is a must. We found driving to and parking easy in all these places. The owners of Villa Mia, Linda and Stephen were very friendly, helpful and and on hand and we felt very privileged to stay in their beautiful home. Thank you very much, we would love to return. Fabulous Family Holiday!

We were greeted by the villa's wonderful owners on arrival with Champagne and oysters and knew we had definitely booked the right place! The location of the villa is fantastic within easy reach of Nice airport (less than 30 mins), Cannes and Mougins old village only a few minutes by car. The villa is immaculate inside and out; the outdoor living areas are spectacular and make the villa fabulous for entertaining. My husband particularly liked the outdoor professional kitchen! We had 2 very young children with us and the villa worked perfectly with air conditioned bedrooms, a heated pool with security cover, garden and plenty of space. We would thoroughly recommend this villa to anyone and hope to travel back ourselves.
