My family and I really enjoyed our stay here! The penthouse was super clean, spacious, and comfortable. Check-in was a breeze with wristbands and parking passes provided in advance, which made everything so convenient. We’d definitely stay here again!

Nice Property, convenient to restaurants, grocery store, starbucks, ice cream shop, Broadway at the Beach. We could see the fireworks Broadway shoots off. Only real complaint parking garage is a nightmare, no place to turn around, one way in and out.

host was very nice. but called me the day before i arrived and said that part of ceiling was being worked on. When we arrived that was not the case the front room had water damage that was mildewing. the other room the fan and tv did not work. other then that the view was incredible. overall i would rent from him again just not this property.

Amazing Weekend!

We had an amazing time in North Myrtle Beach. The penthouse had a great view with everything that we needed. Very clean, plenty of towels, etc. Our host Tom was outstanding. He communicated with me days leading up to our trip. I couldn't ask for anything more. He was a gentleman and a scholar. We hope yo return back soon!

Just what we needed!

The pent house was everything we needed, fully stocked kitchen to prepare breakfast and lunch while swimming. Rooms were clean exactly as stated. Mattresses need replaced as we could feel the springs when sleeping. Other than the mattresses the pent house was a perfect set up. The pool area was ok just smaller than we thought it would be. Indoor pool was super tiny and we never looked for the hot tub area, never saw it while walking around though. Our kids spent most of the time in the ocean. We did encounter a dbl red flag day on the beach and had to use the pool area. I would rent again if the property had new mattresses. Thank you Tom for always being so prompt to discuss any needs we had. Our stay was wonderful !!!

We had a fantastic stay at this amazing property. Perfect location, close to everything, postcard views, plenty of room, beautiful interior and all the amenities you need. Family Vacation

We had such an awesome time! Tom Houston took care of all of our needs. The condo was clean and decorated nicely. Beautiful views from the window and balcony. Great proximity to the beach. Not too far from shopping, souvenirs, entertainment. We all really enjoyed our time; from the youngest at 7yrs old to the oldest at 82 yrs old!!

Great Vacation

Property was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you could want. Plenty of towels provided. The beds were nice and firm and had no sagging mattresses. It was quiet at night. I didn't really hear any loud noises or partying late at night and in fact I was pleasantly surprised to see mostly families at the beach. I would definitely recommend this property.

Great stay besides floors were gross

We loved the location! I wasn’t impressed at all with the cleanliness to be honest, the floors looked and felt like they hadn’t been touched by a broom or mop in weeks. The internet was super slow which didn’t bother us but something to know if you need it. It was close to most of the things we wanted to do, and it felt pretty safe too. All in all, even with the floor situation I would still stay there again! The hosts were great at responding pretty fast too.

Family loved this trip. The fully stocked Kitchen had all the equipment needed for our family meals. Balcony was the next used area and watching fireworks from it was a blast. Water time was wonderful whether at the pool or ocean. Close proximity to shopping was a PLUS. Drawbacks: Floors could use a cleaning. I mean more than broom swept (maybe a swifter wet cloth over them) and the fruit flies/gnats were super annoying the entire stay. They were even in the bedrooms. Cloth Kitchen chairs are not nice to look at and I put a towel down b4 sitting on them. Again, this could have been a 5 Star stay. We are thankful for the use of your unit.

The property was nice overall. When we arrived the floors weee a bit sandy. We found a broom in the closet, but it was broken. We made do with it. Other than that, the communication with the property owner was excellent. There was an interruption in water service which was not the owner’s fault. It had minimal impact on our ability to enjoy our time there. I would stay again.

Tom’s journey as a condo owner began over two decades ago when he discovered his oceanfront property on Myrtle Beach’s prestigious north end. It was a personal retreat where family and friends enjoyed sun-soaked beach days and relaxing evenings overlooking the Atlantic—quickly becoming a beloved getaway filled with cherished memories.

As Myrtle Beach’s popularity grew, Tom saw an opportunity to share this special place with others. About 10 years into ownership, he listed the condo on Airbnb and VRBO. The learning curve was steep, but Tom’s focus was always on providing an exceptional experience.
