Amazing Views - Ocean Front 3BR Condo!

Unsere Wohnung im Palms Resort ist unser zweites Zuhause. Wir sind auf der 3. Etage (Einheit 301) und verfügen über 3 Schlafzimmer (2 mit King-Size-Betten), 2 Badezimmer mit WC und 8 schlafen können. Wir haben eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein Esszimmer, die 8 Sitze. Wir haben sogar einen "Kamin". Wir haben 2 Balkone direkt am Meer und Innen- / Außenpool und Whirlpools.

Unser Resort besteht aus 2 Gebäuden, im Süden Gebäude beherbergt das Hallenbad / Whirlpool und das Fitness-Raum.

Wir befinden uns im Norden Gebäude und haben nur 2 Wohnung Einheiten pro Etage. Wir haben auch Geld für zwei Parkplätze.

Das Haupt-Schlafzimmer hat ein King-Size-Bett und Flachbild-TV, eine Blue-ray / DVD-Player, einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank, ein eigenes Bad und eine Tür zum großen Balkon mit einer herrlichen Aussicht auf das Meer.

Unser zweites Schlafzimmer hat auch ein Kingsize-Bett und einen Flachbildschirm-TV und eine "Julia" Balkon.

Unsere dritte, kleine, Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten.

Unser Wohnzimmer hat die "Millionen-Dollar" Blick auf den Atlantischen Ozean, ein Sofa-Bett mit einem Queen-Size-Matratze, ein "Kamin", einen Flachbild-TV und einem "Smart" Blue-ray / DVD-Player mit Internet (Netflix, Youtube ) den Zugang und den Zugang zu 2 Balkone direkt am Meer.

Unsere Küche hat in voller Größe Geräte; mit Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Kühlschrank mit Eismaschine, Toaster und Kaffeemaschine und eine Waschmaschine und Trockner.

Unser Tisch ist pub Höhe mit einem eingebauten in Lazy-Susan und bietet Platz für 8.

Es gibt neue Fußböden (Frühjahr 2016) im gesamten Gebäude.

Great Beachfront Getaway

Amazing!

The property was amazing! Spacious, clean and all the comforts of home. The balconies had great views and the property is in a great location where its close enough to everything but also quite. Property owners were very gracious and took great care of us!!

What a view!!

2 Great balconies with good seating to watch the waves roll in. Living area also had ample seating. Hosts were quick to answer questions and easy to work with. Location is great and within walking distance of many restaurants. The parking was easy to access and elevators were quick. Love the seating outside the pool area, too!

Excellent Stay!

Our stay was great. From the moment we walked in until the moment we left, we had an exceptional time. The hosts were awesome with constant communication and no complaints. Being directly on the beach and within walking distance to the convention center for our daughter’s dance competition was a high priority and this place met both of those criteria. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking to spend quality time with friends or family in Myrtle Beach. What made our trip even more exciting was dealing with the tropical storm that rolled through our last night there. Again the hosts were wonderful! i’d love to stay there again if I’m lucky enough to ever make it back to Myrtle Beach!

Very Nice!

We truly enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo. Great location in the middle of the strip which enabled us to travel north to Barefoot Landing and south to Murrells Inlet with just short 10 - 15 minute drives. The unit has everything you need. Very nice!

Amazing

I have so many wonderful things to say about this experience. We walked in and felt like we had found our home away from home. It was clean and bright, everything was in working order, all the amenities of home in a beautiful location. The beach was right there and easy to access. One of our highlights was drinking coffee watching the sun rise on the balcony while the dolphins swam by.

Beautiful Condo

The condo was perfect for my parents and my children. The twin bed room was cozy, but who spends all their time I. The room anyway. The master had breathtaking views. Mary and Dave were very quick to respond when we had questions. Excellent hosts. We will definitely stay here again if we head back down to Myrtle Beach! Thank you!!!!

In need of TLC

The location of the property is great. The place is in need of much needed TLC. The ceiling is falling in places, the toilet wouldn't work in the master bath, and place hasnt been updated in a long time. It did have everything needed for our two night stay. It comes with 1 dishwasher soap pack, 1 paper towel roll. Etc. I feel like there are much better values for the money spent.

Beachfront with Great Ocean Views

This property was located right on the beach, and the area offers many amenities within walking distance. The facility did a great job keeping the pool and hot tub clean daily. The condo was as advertised, but if I had to identify one drawback, it was the 3rd bedroom that was extremely small and had a pair of twin beds in it. Having two young adult men (6' 2" & 6' 4"), this was not an ideal sleeping arrangement, and thankfully, the couch was pullout, so it slept the larger teen. The owners were great, communicated regularly, and even provided us with a pizza dinner last evening. This would be an ideal place for a family with small children. I would consider renting this property again, but it would have to be with only an adult couple for sleeping arrangements. If it had a true 3rd bedroom, this would have been a 5-star review.

View Well Worth It!!

Overall amazing experience with this property. The owners were super easy to get ahold of and helpful while there. Location of the property is amazing. Close to everything! Condo suited us well for our group. The kids room was a little tight, but it served it’s purpose! House was filled with little extras that made the stay super enjoyable. Would definitely come back!!
