There is a spiral staircase that connects the 2 floors inside as shown in pictures. Super easy for 2 families to have privacy on separate floors. It’s Minutes from Oaklawn racing and shopping and same for the historic downtown area. A must see! 2 couches in living area can also serve as sleeping for an additional 2 more.
We also own 2 other properties just next to this one for friends or family. Both sleep 4 each. The 1 bedroom condo has a great balcony view and is super spacious with 2 baths. (Jacuzzi tub and shower). Ask about our corporate stay specials for off season or staye during the week. We are just 1-2 minutes away from mini golf/go carts/bumper boats/laser tag/arcade. Bring your boat for your own dock space to store it over night. If you have a larger group but want privacy…ask us about our other 2 condos literally steps away but in the same parking lot.
