Wunderschöne Villa von 220 m2, komplett renoviert, Casa Luza bietet Platz für 4 bis 6 Personen, ideal für zwei Paare oder ein Paar mit Kindern, in der sehr ruhigen und prestigeträchtigen Gegend von Salicos, 2,3 km von den Stränden und vom Stadtzentrum entfernt von Carvoeiro, alle Annehmlichkeiten und in der Nähe von Golfplätzen.
Die Villa besteht aus 2 großen, klimatisierten Schlafzimmern mit ihren jeweiligen Bädern und einem Zwischengeschoss, das Platz für 2 Personen bietet.
Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein großes Boxspring-Bett (180) für außergewöhnlichen Komfort und ein eigenes Bad (Badewanne). Das zweite Schlafzimmer bietet separate Boxspring-Betten (2X90) oder ein großes Bett (180). Wahl, mit eigenem Bad (Dusche) und im Zwischengeschoss befindet sich eine zusätzliche Schlafcouch.
Die Ende 2019 komplett renovierte Küche ist mit hochwertigen Geräten und einem integrierten Weinkeller ausgestattet. Grillplatz im Freien.
Das Esszimmer mit einem großen Tisch für 8 Personen ist zum klimatisierten Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, TV + Internet, DVD und zu den Terrassen mit Sofas und einem von der Sonne geschützten Essbereich hin offen
Das Haus befindet sich in einem großen mediterranen Garten mit Oliven-, Johannisbrot-, Mandel- und Feigenbäumen, mit absoluter Privatsphäre, einem großen privaten und umzäunten Pool und einem Ruhebereich

Casa Luza is the perfect place to stay if you are looking for a quiet peaceful getaway.It’s a five minute drive into town and the beach. Close to two large grocery stores that have everything you need. The location is ideal, an easy drive to all the trails and towns along the coast.We enjoyed a month at Casa Luza and would highly recommend it. We enjoyed our stay so much we have already booked for next year.

Perfect Location for Everything Algarve!

Casa Luza is a beautiful property in a quiet neighbourhood. It’s in a perfect central location to all of the Algarve highlights, 3 minute drive to a beautiful beach, the best coastal hiking area, restaurants and supermarkets. An hour to the coast and 40 minutes to Faro. We loved our 2 months at Casa Luza and would recommend it to couples and families.

Peaceful, beautiful and enjoyable

Salicos and Casa Luza are in a perfect location and a beautiful home. We spent two relaxing and enjoyable weeks in a perfect home. The reality was much better than the online description. Everything was clean and functioning, the property managers (Bruna) helpful and responsive. An outstanding property.

Another idyllic week at Casa Luza

Fabulous villa in a peaceful location

We loved our stay at this fabulous villa which was even lovelier than I had imagined. The villa and outside areas were well equipped and comfortable. We loved the peaceful location yet only 5 mins in a taxi to Carvoeiro and all its restaurants etc. The most beautiful beaches are only 5-10 mins in a car from the villa. Thanks Laurence for looking after us so well. We’ll definitely be back.

Superb

We’ve stayed in many villas over the past 18 years and this was one of our top 3! The pictures really don’t do this wonderful Villa justice. Fantastic layout, beautiful decor and furnishing (inside and out), extremely well equipped kitchen and utility area. Beds are very comfortable with spare pillows if required. Outside space is well kept and very private. The location is perfect for being central to everything but just far enough away for peace and tranquillity. The owner is super friendly and very responsive and so too were the property management team. We’d definitely stay again and recommended to friends and family.

A piece of paradise!

Our stay at Casa Luza was fantastic. The property landscape is jaw dropping! The pool was put to good use, very private setting. The pictures on the site do not do the interior justice. It is gorgeous throughout. Very well supplied with all kitchen needs. Beds were a dream to sleep in. Two weeks was not long enough!

We spent a fantastic week at this villa in August 25. It is beautifully decorated and appointed and we loved it so much we barely left! Having a private pool that’s so well tucked away in a perfect sun trap was the best for the kids who spent nearly the whole week in there! The indoor and outdoor kitchen were a dream for me as a keen cook. The interior is very stylish and works well for a family. Location wise we were made up as it feels quite exclusive and not like some of the over touristy parts of the algarve. Can’t praise Laurence the property manager enough, always responsive and check in was a breeze. Local management team were lovely but not the fastest to respond. This was our first time using VRBO and this villa was a dream!

We hardly ever left the villa

The pictures don't really do it justice. It's an amazing villa with absolutely everything you could possibly need. We were staying with our sons, 8 and 11 and they absolutely loved the pool and then being able to sit inside out of the heat in the midday and play some games. The space worked perfectly for us to the extent that we barely ever left. My kids hate beaches and being dragged around towns, so was perfect.

A nice house in a quiet neighborhood

We spent 1 week in this lovely house. Ideal for a family with 2 children. The house is modern and has everything that's needed. The A/Cs worked very well. The only downside was that the swimming pool does not have an area for small children who cannot swim yet. Also, the team managing the house was very nice, responsive and helpful. We would come back any time.

Wonderful stay at Casa Luza

Casa Luza is a perfect place to relax, unwind and explore Algarve from. We really enjoyed all spaces within the property - pool, outside sitting area, outdoor dining and cooking space. It has enough shade on a hot day. Interior is equally beautiful with tasteful furniture and decorations and everything you need to feel at home. Villa is located within short proximity to many lovely beaches and towns. Laurence and her property manager were very responsive and easy to communicate with. Thank you for sharing your home with us. A little piece of paradise!

This was our second time staying at Casa Luza, and I can't say enough once again about the property and location. It is a property that checks all the boxes for us. Clean, comfortable beds, fresh towels and linens, and all the amenities needed to feel right at home. The yard has sunshine or shade seating for all times of the day. We used the pool everyday and enjoyed reading on the lounge chairs by the pool. Laurence and the property manager are extremely accommodating and easy to communicate with. Beautiful Villa

The property is a modern villa in a secluded avenue about 2 miles from the town of Carvoieiro. it is beatifully furnished with a very airy feeling. The garden has lots of places to sit and the smallish swimming pool is away from the villa down some shallow steps. The pool probably isnt ideal for small children though. The hosts provide very little in the way of basics on arrival, so be prepared to buy things like washing up liquid, cooking oil and toilet paper etc etc. there is a very good supermarket about 1 mile away. A car is essential here for getting about.

We thought about welcoming gifts for our guests, and provide with paper toilet for the 3 bathrooms, one trash bag, etcjust for the arrival, but then the basic products as you mentioned are available upon request. Wir hatten wieder einen großartigen Aufenthalt in Casa Luza. Die Villa ist in jeder Hinsicht sehr gut: sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und vollständig ausgestattet. Besonders gefallen hat uns die ruhige Lage und die Poollandschaft. Der Check-in war unkompliziert. Wir können Casa Luza uneingeschrenkt empfehlen!

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt in der Casa Luza! Die Villa ist stilvoll eingerichtet, makellos sauber und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Familienurlaub braucht. Besonders begeistert waren wir von der perfekten Lage – ruhig, aber dennoch zentral – und dem wunderschönen Pool unterhalb des Hauses, der zum täglichen Highlight wurde. Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen, Entspannen und Genießen. Absolut empfehlenswert! Vielen Dank auch für den Wein aus der Nachbarschaft.
