Dieses Haus ist ein idealer Zufluchtsort für Ihren Durango-Urlaub. Die Lage im wunderschönen Dalton Ranch Golf Club ist perfekt für all die unglaublichen Aktivitäten, die Durango zu bieten hat. Die zentrale Lage im wunderschönen Animas Valley bietet eine einfache 10-minütige Fahrt in die Stadt und nur eine 20-minütige Fahrt zum Fegefeuer im Durango Mountain Resort, um Winter- oder Sommerspaß zu genießen!

Dieses helle und freundliche, klimatisierte Haus verfügt über einen offenen Grundriss und 4 Schlafzimmer für bis zu 10 Personen. Es ist ein fantastischer Rückzugsort für Familien und verfügt über ein gemütliches, großartiges Zimmer mit raumhohen Fenstern mit herrlichem Bergblick, einem Kamin aus Naturstein und einem 55-Zoll-Flachbild-TV. Die Köche in der Familie werden die gut ausgestattete Küche genießen, die bereits mit Gewürzen gefüllt ist und zum Familienzimmer hin offen ist.
Die Kinder werden den Airhockey-Tisch lieben, der sich wie ein Billardtisch und eine Tischtennisplatte verdreifacht. Sie werden auch ihren eigenen Smart-TV im Schlafraum zu schätzen wissen, um ihr eigenes Spielsystem anzuschließen, das sie von zu Hause mitbringen. Wenn Sie Ihren pelzigen Freund mitbringen, gibt es im Hinterhof einen 40-Zoll-Zaun, an dem Ihr Hund unter Ihrer Aufsicht herumtollen kann.

Die Master-Suite verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und ein eigenes Bad mit Whirlpool und begehbarem Kleiderschrank. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein französisches Bett. Unser 3. Schlafzimmer ist perfekt für Kinder. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Doppelbett und ein ausziehbares Ausziehbett für insgesamt 4 Personen. Für diejenigen von Ihnen, die einen Arbeitsurlaub machen, dient das 4. Schlafzimmer als Büroraum mit Schreibtisch und Stuhl und zus��tzlich 2 Einzelbetten in diesem Schlafzimmer.

This property was excellent. It was located right between Durango and Purgatory within minutes of each location. The home was so cozy and welcoming my kids loved the ping pong and pool table. The fireplace was amazing. I would recommend this property to everyone.

This was a super rental for our trip! The furniture and all the rooms were nice and updated. We also enjoyed the patio, the furnished games, and the pool table. The property mgmt team reached out to us several times to make sure we didn't want for anything. I would rent this again.

Perfect Summer Location!

My husband and I had a great time staying here. The house was perfectly clean and we were greeted by a friendly neighbor as we pulled in. The house is located in a gorgeous neighborhood that is so peaceful for morning or evening walks, but easily located to just about anything you wanted to do. My husband did have to do some work on our vacation and appreciated that the house had a desk in one of the rooms. You won’t be disappointed with this house or location!

Perfect Place to Stay While in Durango

There was seven of staying here. Three couples and one single. This place is beautiful and very spacious. It is located several miles outside of Durango and close to so many areas that you will want to see. This house is in a golf course community and the entire community is beautiful. We were site seeing every day and it was nice to unwind in the evenings at this house. I highly recommend this house.

What a great place to stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Dalton Family Retreat. It is beautiful, clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. Our grandkids loved the ping pong table and backyard as a bonus plus the beautiful doe that visited us multiple times. Dalton Ranch is such a great place for morning walks, we love the proximity to PJs Market, yet going into town is just a 10 minute drive. The family had a great time at Bar D Chuckwagon this year, James River Ranch, all the doings up at Purgatory--so well situated for adventures. We highly recommend this property, except then it might be booked the next time we want to stay!

Quiet, clean retirement neighborhood.

This Dalton Ranch home is on a very quiet street. We felt we needed to keep our kids inside to play and the outside lights off at night. The home was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The downside are the bedroom pillows. Very uncomfortable. Bring your own.

Great Stay

This is a great property in a quiet neighborhood. The house has lots of space and the communal areas are very open. The kitchen was stocked with cooking gear- enough so that we were able to cook a full Thanksgiving meal. There was also a pack-and-play and Keurig which were unexpected and both came in handy. We also really enjoyed using the game table and sitting on the porch watching the occasional deer! I was apprehensive when I booked because there are a lot of rules and instructions but we had a very normal, quiet experience with nothing out of the ordinary. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Lovely Durango home

This is a lovely home with everything you should need to have a great stay. It is decorated beautifully and is in a great community. Close enough to town and the mountain. There are a lot of rules in the house, but I understand why. The owner wants to keep the home in good condition and not have the neighborhood HOA decide against further rentals. It is not a party house so look elsewhere if that is what you want. But if you want quiet enjoyment in a beautiful well equipped home in Durango then this is the place.

Perfect Family Retreat

We had such a wonderful time staying at this property. The house was even better than the listing. It was spacious and had just the right amount of space for our family trip. We had our family of eight (Me & my husband, Two teenage sons, Oldest son and his wife and my husband's parents). The game table was extra fun for our group. The living room had great seating for watching shows. The kitchen was awesome with plenty of space for us to make big dinners. The grill was having some troubles and the property managers sent the neighbor over to work on it twice to make sure we had the use of the grill for Memorial day which was so nice and very much appreciated. We loved the Hot Springs which was really close. Five of us had massages there and really enjoyed them. The golf course was enjoyed by the men in the group. Us ladies tried to go meet them for drinks at the club house after, unfortunately they were really rude to us because we didn't have a reservation. They blamed too many reservations and not enough staff for their craziness. Finally they let us sit in the bar at an unoccupied table but limited our orders again claiming too many reservations. In the end the place was empty so not sure what all the stress was for but if you go there make sure you have a reservation so you don't encounter crazy staff. We did the train ride from Durango to Silverton and back. That was so beautiful but I would recommend riding up and leaving a car in Silverton if your group allows this option as it would have been more fun to spend more time in Silverton and to come back at our leisure with only an hours drive. We loved Durango, we had a wonderful trip and we highly recommend this comfy house!

Great House!

We enjoyed this property very much. It is very clean and new, and the kids loved using the pool table/ping pong table combination. We had eight people staying over the week of Thanksgiving, and the house accommodated us very nicely. The neighborhood is nice and walkable, and we were only a few miles from downtown Durango. I would highly recommend this property.

Dalton family retreat was perfect in every way. The many beautiful and comfortable rooms truly enhanced our three day vacation. One very important bonus was the lovely neighborhood. Cold Chirping Experience

We booked this home months in advance and we never received any instructions from the property management co. until we called a couple of days prior to our stay. The first night there one of the smoke detectors began chirping throughout the night until we had to go to the store and purchase a new battery, the next night another one began to do the same thing and we had to go and purchase another battery. Another problem was no hot water one person would take a 5 min shower and we would have to wait at least 30 mins for the next person to take one so the water would be hot again. Then we start getting badgered by the property manager about a package that would be getting delivered by FedEx. Property manager kept calling about and once it was finally delivered the badgering continued from them to make sure it was delivered. There was no front door key or garage door opener left on property; we had to use the very inconsistent keypad. The last night of our stay the heater quit working with the temperature in the low teens, and we never received any response back from anyone until after we had already left. For the amount of money that we paid we should not have had to endure these issues. We stay in Durango every year at this time and this is our first BAD experience.

Your unfair review/rating is not warranted. You are being spiteful because you were caught with an unauthorized pet in a home that is absolutely not pet friendly. 1) Yes, you booked the home well in advance. You booked on 9/13 and we called you on 9/14 (less than 24 hours from your booking time) to go over specifics about your reservation. We also communicated with you on 10/30, 12/28, 12/30, and 1/4 before your check in. 2) Sorry that the batteries ran low on the smoke detectors. I messaged you within minutes that I would be over with new batteries, and you messaged back that your husband had already purchased some and you thanked me for offering to come over. You didn't want me to come over in fear that I would discover your dog. 3) This is the first time anyone has mentioned an issue about the hot water being insufficient. I'm wondering why you didn't bring it to our attention while you were there? We could have sent a plumber to the home. It is impossible to correct a problem if we are not given a chance to address it. 4) The homeowner asked me to inform you that a small package was being delivered to the home. I called to let you know and sent you 2 text messages. I am sorry if you felt that was badgering. It was not my intention. 5) There is no key or garage remote. The home has keyless entry. The electronic keypad for both front door and garage door is very easy to use and we have had no issues. Perhaps it was user error? 6) You messaged us at 9:00 am on the morning of your checkout that the temperature in the house was cold. Your check out time was 10am. We tried calling you multiple times, however, did not get through to you. You had already departed from the home (hours earlier) and were not in cell service. This home has received nothing short of 5 star reviews, not only mentioning the wonderful home, but also our good service.

Great Time to Relax

Me and my wife had a great time in this house! We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, where we could relax on the back patio but also that it was only a short trip to downtown. Will defintely be going back!
