 Das Hotel liegt am Ende der prestigeträchtigen Calle Carabeo, nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom berühmten Balcon de Europa im Herzen der schönen Stadt Nerja entfernt.
Zu einem hohen Standard renoviert, befindet sich unsere 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in idealer Lage in der begehrten Ostseite von Nerja, nahe dem Parador. Die Gegend hat viele traditionelle Tapas-Bars und schöne Restaurants.
Es befindet sich in der 3. Etage und verfügt über einen Aufzug.
Die Wohnung hat ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein Badezimmer mit vollständigen Suite.
Die Küche ist neu renoviert und mit hochwertigen Geräten und Granit-Arbeitsplatten, einschließlich große Kühl-Gefrierkombination, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Wasserkocher, in voller Größe Herd / Backofen und Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine ausgestattet.
Die Lounge ist modern, hell und luftig, in entspannenden, neutralen Farben gehalten. Es verfügt über einen an der Wand befestigten Flachbildfernseher mit vielen Kanälen. WLAN ist gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis verfügbar. NAGELNEUES sehr bequemes Sofa. Für den 3. Gast steht ab sofort ein Z-Bett gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis zur Verfügung. Es gibt einen Essbereich für vier Personen.
Die große Eckbalkon durch Terrassentüren sowohl aus dem Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer zugegriffen wird. Von der einen Seite gibt es einen seitlichen Meerblick, und von der anderen Seite ein Blick auf die Sierra Almijara Berge, atemberaubende Kulisse von Nerja. Die abgelegene Gemeinschaftspool und Liegewiese mit Blick auf den atemberaubend schönen Strand Carabeo direkt unterhalb, mit Blick über das Mittelmeer erstreckt. Perfekt für einen romantischen Kurzurlaub im Herzen von Nerja. Die Wohnung verfügt über Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer ausgestattet war und ist im Preis inbegriffen. Kleine Ergänzung für WiFi.


Parken: Auf der Straße stehen Parkplätze vor der Wohnung zur Verfügung. Dies ist kostenlos und wird je nach Verfügbarkeit vergeben. Es gibt auch einen großen kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz 1 Minute zu Fuß entfernt. Ein Mietwagen ist nicht für die Fortbewegung Nerja aufgrund der ausgezeichneten zentralen Lage der Wohnung notwendig, so können Sie es vorziehen, für private Flughafentransfers statt zu entscheiden. Bitte erkundigen Sie sich für Details.

Great appartement at the sea

We stayed in this appartment in Nerja for one week and enjoyed our stay there to the fullest. The appartment offered everything one could wish for, including entrance to a pool and a huge balcony. The appartment was neatly furnished and clean. The sea was directly in front of the door. The only negative aspect was loud noise in the morning due to delivery cars and loud motor bikes, coming from the street.

Thank you for yet another 5 star review. Glad you had a good time. The apartment does have blinds that can be pulled down and cut out noise from the street. Noisy Construction work outside

The owner had told us a few days before our stay about construction work. In fact it was a huge undertaking to lay a sewer. The noise was unbearably loud and the dust coming up to the balcony made it unhealthy to sit outside. We left after two days and booked somewhere else. The owner was sympathetic but not able to give us a refund.THEN the coronavirus. We curtailed our stay in Nerja. Nice town though.

Firstly, I cannot stress enough how very disappointed I am with this 2 star review. The vast majority of our reviews are 5 stars. I have super host status for a good reason. I always try to help my guests and you were no exception. You were informed about the sewage building works 18 days before your holiday. It is also stated on the listing for the apartment about this. When you decided to leave I told you I would refund money as a gesture of goodwill if I was able to let but because the coronavirus unfolded during this time it was impossible. I also emailed you to offer the apartment free of charge even after your original booked dates, should you have become stranded in Nerja because of the virus. I fully understand covid 19 ruined your holiday but I don’t understand how in times so terrible as these you find the need to leave me a 2 star review. The apartment is very well equipped and was freshly decorated for your arrival . It also had new sofa, table, chairs etc. It is indeed in a perfect location so I can only think that the extremely low star rating was because of the building works and the corona virus. This seems very unfair as it is totally out of my control. Nerja is entering into the final stage of the much awaited sewage works so hopefully when this terrible coronavirus is controlled, my visitors will see past your 2 star review and focus on the dozens of reviews left by my lovely guests who were more than happy to give my apartment the 5 stars it deserves.

Perfect location!

Myself and my two children stayed at Rocamar in August 2019.... I could not fault anything about this apartment, it's location or facilities. The apartment is in a really well maintained block. Pool is very quiet and beautifully maintained. Most days we were at the beach on the little cove just below the apartment - just a three minute walk away - just perfect! I don't drive abroad and the transfer was arranged easily and communication was good all the way. Fantastic restaurants in the town (just 5 minutes walk away) and Cibeles (across the street) was amazing for steak & fish. Bakers, small supermarket and cashpoint also within a 5 minute walk and the bus station was 15 minutes away with easy access to the famous Nerja caves . The apartment was roomy and had everything we needed. A bonus having microwave, full sized fridge & freezer, dishwasher & washing machine (large drying rack on balcony so we could have just taken hand luggage !) It really is a home from home. Everything has been provided (even ice cube trays and parasols for the beach). Communication with Julie the owner was spot on and we couldn't have asked for more. Nerja is a lovely, small but lively town. We could of stayed much longer and were sad to leave. Hope to return to this little piece of Spanish paradise really soon!

Nerja 9th Visit

The apartment was central in that it was midway between the town centre and Burriana Beach giving easy access to the best of Nerja. It had all that was needed for a relaxing holiday including a welcoming lift to get us back up to the apartment. Kitchen was well stocked and the balcony allowed lunches in the sun. The property was well kept including the pool which was cleaned regularly along with the poolside area and pool toilet. All in all an all round good location and apartment.

Lovely week away in Nerja

The apartment is close to beach, shops, good restaurants etc. We had a lovely week here. Fully equipped in the apartment and nice to have the balcony with sun all afternoon. Perfect for a couple. Parking is abit of a nightmare but being January we managed. Not so sure how you would fair in the summer.

Thank you so much for taking the time to write such a nice review. As you say, the sun is on the balcony all afternoon, perfect, especially in winter. If you tire of the sunbathing, it also has the blinds you can pull down to shade you. The apartment is in an excellent location so no need for a car, if you do bring one the street parking is FREE (unusual, these days) There is also the large pay carpark less than a minute from Rocamar. Glad you had a nice holiday and hope you will back.

Home from home. Apartment is ideally located in quiet part of town but only few minutes away from centre and beaches Every thing you need is in apartment - even sewing kit! Very comfortable and very well equipped. Balcony has sun all afternoon and views are good also great for people watching Thoroughly enjoyed our fortnight here There are restaurants on almost every corner and supermarkets near at hand.

I would highly recommend Rocamar apartment 3C to Nerja lovers,We have been coming to Nerja for over 10 years and finally found the perfect location.The pool and garden area are immaculately kept and maintained like the apartment and complex overall,The apartment was decorated to a high standard and extremly well equiped for a self catering option.the wrap around balcony and views spectactular.Close proximity to our favourite street and surrounded by excellent choice if restuarants and tapas bars.The owner and staff could not have been more professional in their dealings with us throughout our booking and stay.We look forward to returning to this apartment again Best Wishes Bart & Caroline !!

ESTA MUY BIEN SITUADO, CERCA DE LA PLAYA Y TAMBIEN DEL CENTRO DEL PUEBLO DONDE SE PUEDE IR ANDANDO. EL APARTAMENTO ES MUY COMODO Y TIENE TODO LO NECESARIO PARA LA COCINA. LA PISCINA ES PERFECTA, LOS NINOS LA DISFRUTAN MUCHO.

A Perfect Holiday

Recently returned from almost 5 weeks at Julie's Rocamar apartment. Everything was great, from booking to transport to the apartment itself , which was lovely and extremely convenient. Our daughter and granddaughter joined us for the last 10 days and they also loved it. Sometimes they used the pool and other times the beach. which was on the doorstep. The water was a little cold at that time of year but our granddaughter braved it. However the weather overall was wonderful - hot and sunny! Lots of lovely places to eat and a few evenings we ate in the apartment, which has all the required facilities. Thanks to Julie, Simon and Lisa for their help. God willing, we shall definitely return. Gordon and Dianne Jefferson

Wonderful experience

We spent the week after Xmas in this beautiful apartment and it really was home from home, everything the owner described and promised was exactly so. As other reviews detail, the location is about perfect in what is a very relaxed and fairly unspoilt resort. As a landlord of property in the UK myself, it was an inspiration to see the pride and high regard which this property is so obviously held with. I would not hesitate to return or recommend the whole experience to family & friends. A credit to you Julie, good luck in the future, you deserve it.

Wonderful holiday

We loved the apartment from the moment we arrived at the outside gate. It is in a beautiful setting and our favourite residential part of Nerja. The grounds are lovely and very well maintained, the pool area is very pretty and has such wonderful views. The apartment was clean, tidy and very well maintained and had everything we needed - the bed is very comfortable. The colour schemes are lovely and very restful.There is a wonderful, large balcony from which you can choose to look at the sea, the streets or the mountains depending where you choose to sit. We contacted Lisa - who looks after the apartment for Julie- about something and received a very prompt and efficient service from her. Having been to Nerja before we felt confident to travel from the airport on public transport and this is very cheap and efficient but not easy if you don't know the area. If it is your first trip to Nerja I would advise you book the taxi service that Julie can arrange. There is a beautiful, small beach directly below the apartment which is very quiet. We love Burriana Beach so walked down the steps to the small beach then walked around the rocks to Burriana each day. This only takes a few minutes but you do need to be able to do some climbing if the sea is having a rough day! There are so many lovely places to eat all across Nerja and the apartment is perfectly placed to explore them all. Via the road/sloping paths you can be at Burriana Beach restaurants in 10 minutes. In the opposite direction you can be in the old town centre and The Balcon in 10 minutes too. We have loved our holiday and would recommend this apartment to anyone. We hope to return very soon.

Brilliant accommodation and well located

Owner and managers great to deal with and very helpful. Not everywhere would arrange to collect you from the airport and have your shopping in the kitchen on arrival! Apartment clean and spacious- and we had our 4 year old with us- and centrally located, less than half a mile from the Balcon d'Europe. We had a fantastic holiday. Thank you.

wow!!!!

Just had the best holiday ever here..from the moment we walked in I relaxed..everything we needed,immaculate and in great location.pool and garden is lovely and the beach is a stones throw away.didnt use air/con as there were 2 big fans (a bonus) and we made full use of the coolbag!! balcony is a relaxing suntrap and very spacious ..so many good things to say and not one bad thing..tip-little Italy and La Dama for amazing cheap food.thankyou Julie for letting us use your apartment ..Anna and Ned.Midlands

The beach is just below the apartment and a short walk along beautiful Calle Carabeo will lead to the famous Balcon de Europa. The apartment really is in a superb position some would say, unbeatable location.
