Balcon Del Mar is a newly built and modern urbanizacion.
Stunning sea and mountain view. The apartment is 60 m2 with 2 bedrooms. Openplan living with fully equipped kitchen. It has a sofabed 140 cm in the livingroom. AC in all rooms. The terrace has a diningtable with 6 chairs. It´s facing south/southwest with beautiful sunsets. The pool is open all year round and has a stunning seaview. You will have acces to a fitness centre in the house. We recommend a car. You will have a personal parking space in the house. Only six minutes drive to Nerja centre and three minutes drive to several beaches with restaurants and free parking.

Final cleaning, electricity, sheets and towels are included in the price. Not the beach towels.
Free wifi and TV with a wide selections of foreign channels. . Smoking and pets are not allowed.

Fantastic stay

Lovely property. Pool is incredible. Kids loved the flat and the pool. Drive to the top has you holding your breath but worth it when you get there!!

Peaceful apartment with an amazing view!!

Great apartment with the most stunning view! The apartment was clean and was very well equipped. It was the perfect place to end our vacation. Only downside was getting up to the apt because of the steep hill, but you get used to it after a day and it's well worth it!

Peace & Tranquility

High up in the hills. Beautiful clean apartment with everything we required to make our stay a smooth and restful time. Happy to leave our apartment as immaculate as we when we moved in for our ten day break. The weather was perfect which added to the great holiday.

Nice holidays in Nerja

We spent 10 days in the apartment with our three kids in March and we had a lovely stay there. The modern apartment has everything you need to feel comfortable and the balcony is really great. If the weather permits that is where life takes place. The kitchen is well equipped and we cooked there for us 5 . We can recommend this lovely apartment with pool, gym and a fantastic view. Since it is really quite a way up, the view is amazing, however, once we were up there we tended not to go out again in the evening. A great place for a lovely holiday.

Comfortable Stay

I recently rented the property for my vacation and overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The apartment provided the essential amenities and had some standout features that made our experience pleasant. First and foremost, the presence of a washing machine in the apartment was a huge convenience. It allowed us to pack lighter and have fresh clothes throughout our stay. Additionally, the strong air conditioning provided respite from the scorching summer heat, creating a cool and comfortable atmosphere indoors. The property itself was well-maintained and decently clean, adding to the overall positive experience. Our son loved the community pool.

Truly the best part was the view. Upon arrival, we were not certain where to meet. We were at the parking and she was at the top. Due to no signal/ phone service, it was a challenge to communicate. We walked up two flights of stairs to get to another elevator. There is an elevator at the bottom. It takes two separate elevators to go from parking to apartment. There's no parking at the top. Be patient driving up/down the narrow, windy road! Place is quite spacious. Well equipped with appliances in the kitchen. Really surprised by lack of amenities. I travel all over the world and this is the first where there are no toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body soap) . Just hand soap. Bed did not have adequate linen. Only a sheet covering the bed topper. Not the mattress. And no blanket. It was an unfilled duvet cover. Different. Would I stay there again? No. Would I recommend it? Not for an overnight or two day visit.

Good, but could be much better with small improvements

New unit, nice furnishings. But lacking a lot of small touches that could make it a better vacation rental -- more kitchen supplies (even a small welcome pack of coffee or similar), only left one roll of toilet paper for five people for three days. More cooking materials. Some soap or toiletries. Pool was nice (could have used some pool towels), but it's true about the location -- about a ten minute drive up steep hills and small streets. Once you're up there after a day at the beach, you don't really want to drive back down into town for dinner. Hence how nice it would be to have a better-stocked kitchen. View from balcony is nice, but partially obstructed by the material on other balconies / rooftops. Price was great in comparison to other properties in the area.

Welcome package is an option for the guests to order. We think the kitchen is well equipped. We don't understand what else you would need. It seems that you missed the extra toilet paper in the drawer. There should always be soap in the pumps as we are convinced that it was. Beach towels are not included in the price as you can see in our description. It takes TWO minutes to drive up the hill....

Excellent, Well Equipped Apartment Ideal for Relaxing

The apartment was a perfect size for our party of 3 adults. Although up in the hills above the western beaches of Nerja, this meant wonderful views and a very peaceful and relaxing position. The apartment is only about 1 year old, it is very well equipped, the beds are comfortable and the patio, facing SSW means, even in mid winter, sunshine from late morning until sunset. The views over the Mediterranean Sea and the valley below the property gave spectacular, scenic views and meant a very peaceful outlook was ensured with only the occasional cock crowing or donkey braying. From our point of view, my wife and I are both 65, reasonably able, but a car is a must. The drive from the main road, up the hillside is very steep and windy, but once navigated a couple of times you become aware of the narrow points and the hairpin bends. Would we stay here again - most definitely. Thanks to the service team who made the handover very straightforward and painless and to Yvonne, the owner, for great communication and for allowing us to stay in her beautiful apartment.

schöne wohnung mit tollem blick

tolle wohnung auf dem berg in vorortsiedlung von nerja. ruhig, super klima in allen 3 zimmern, geräumige terrasse, pool (klein, mal voller, mal waren wir auch alleine, liegen hat immer geklappt), gym, 15-20 min zum laufen zu stränden oder kleinen buchten, auch 2-3 restos sind zu fuss erreichbar. auto aber (da relativ steil bergauf) empfehlenswert. fahrt auf den berg fanden wir nicht so schlimm (wie von manchen beschrieben). man muss den müll selbst mit ins tal nehmen, das hatten unsere vormieter leider nicht gemacht, zudem viele offene lebensmittel reste in der wohnung belassen, daher sehr viele ameisen, mussten leider ersteinmal putzen und die (von ameisen bevölkerten lebensmittel, cornflakes, zucker etc.) entsorgen. sonst aber alles gut, nach nerja und zu supermärkten (carrefour oder mercadonne) und gutem bäcker (panaderia salvador) 5 bis 10 min. mit auto, auch zu burriana strand ca. 12 min, paraiso strand zu fuss gut erreichbar, am besten hat uns aber die kleine bucht "guiliche" gefallen, mit tollem restaurant

Die Wohnung war sehr schön, der Ausblick super, der Weg zum Strand und in den Ort mit dem Auto zu empfehlen! Wir hätten gerne ein paar mehr Handtücher gehabt und ein Bettlaken auf der Matratze unter dem Topper wäre hygienischer gewesen. Eine Liege auf dem Balkon wäre toll gewesen. Die Anlage war ruhig und sauber.

Magnifique séjour dans l’appartement de Yvonne

L’appartement se trouve sur une colline de maisons blanches, ce qui fait un quartier typique comme on l’imagine de l’Andalousie ! La résidence est moderne et propre, et l’eau de la piscine aussi. Concernant l’appartement, la climatisation fonctionne parfaitement, la literie est très confortable, et il y a la place pour ranger son linge. Seuls points négatifs : manque de rangement dans la cuisine pour ranger ses courses. Il manque un peu d’ustensiles pour cuisiner correctement, et surtout, il n’y a pas de plats de service. Le four micro-ondes ne fonctionne pas, mais cela ne nous a pas manqué ! Il y a un garage, mais nous n’y avons pas garé notre voiture. Préférant la garer dans la rue, au dessus de la résidence. Vue à couper le souffle, aussi bien de jour comme de nuit. On reviendra probablement !!

Super séjour

Beau séjour, la vue est tellement sympa que nous avons mangé tous les jours sur le balcon. Literie très confortable. Prix super attractif hors saison estivale. Point fort: la piscine ouverte en avril. Attention embrayage en bon état nécessaire pour arriver à la résidence.
