Everything was a described, dealing with mgmt, checking in was easy and straight forward. Perfect place for family with an 8 & 10 yr old. Beach was perfect. Plenty of food options nearby. Hopefully be back soon.

Labor Day getaway

The property was just as described ; amazing views , clean , easy to axcess beach via pool area . Elevator was super easy dash up to 11th floor , never a wait . Would have liked maybe a few basic spices such as salt & pepper ; other than that we were prepared . Beds were comfy ; sofas not so much but. Would definitely recommend and hope to be back soon !

Reviewer Comments: I have stayed at Beach Crest numerous times overs the past 10 -12 years. Ease of booking and offers the basic amenities, Wi-Fi, beach chairs, relaxing environment, minimal traffic and the availability of a few restaurants within walking distance. The onsite office staff was very welcoming and provided assistance in getting checked in. You come back to places that provide good service.

From the day we made our reservation to the day we left, everything went flawlessly. The staff communicated with us regularly to ensure we were happy and that the condo was perfect. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Another great experience at BeachCrest. The on property staff at BeachCrest assisted us with our transition into the unit. Most things are within walking distance, so you can park your car and not be required to drive for a few days. 1102 was a good choice and provided everything we needed. Due to the rate increase we may search for a smaller unit.

The overall building is well maintained. Our unit was just as advertised, very clean an comfortable but the interior is just beginning to show its age (older furniture and electrical outlets and switches are old and showing ware). Would stay here again, but maybe see if another unit is more updated.

Outdated and dirty!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The exterior of the building is horribly maintained and the interior of this unit is even worse! Old dirty furniture. Bedding and pillows are old and worn out. Definitely needs some work to justify the price!

Family trip

This place was easily a 3 star experience for us. The location and views were amazing. The private beach access and chair set up was SO nice! We also enjoyed hanging by the pool! The condo unit itself could have used a real deep cleaning before our arrival. At first glance everything looked nice. However, with having two little toddlers, we were needing to move furniture here and there, and found old food more than we expected. It was gross. There were old chips, bottle caps, and even a hash brown under the moved furniture, along with dust. I think overall the unit needs updates, simple ones to start. Most of the door stoppers were completely rusted and bent. More than half of the outlets didn’t work, and were oddly broken in to the point no plugs would even stay in. The lint catch on the dryer fell on my head when I opened it from being rusted out it looked like. Overall, our visit was good. We love the area so kept busy outside of the condo when we could!
