We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The location was perfect, right on the beach, and the condo itself was beautiful, clean, and had a great layout. We also loved the amenities and how easy the check-in and check-out process was. Communication with the host was great throughout our stay as well.Our only minor complaint was that the beds were quite firm, but that is definitely a personal preference. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this condo to others!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is updated with all you need for a great stay. I love the access to the beach and the chairs and umbrellas that are provided for every guest at this condo complex. It is centrally located just barely east of Seaside/Watercolor and a short drive west to Alys Beach and Rosemary. I would definitely recommend this condo. Also, Benchmark is a great property management company - they responded quickly to all text questions and also have a manned phone number to call if you have questions. Highly recommend.

I appreciate how attentive management was before, during, and after our stay! They even let us know that there were opportunities to lengthen our stay due to availability—we couldn’t this time, but I appreciated the offer! I also love having the beach chairs and umbrella included in the rental! This was so helpful and a difference maker when looking at other condos. The beach chair attendant was also really friendly and helpful! Again, you can’t beat the location! It’s so nice to have our own space of beach without competing with public beach areas. As far as the unit we stayed in, it was lovely, clean, and updated.

My Favorite Condo in Beachcrest

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I've stayed in quite a few condos in Beachcrest, and this is my favorite. It's decorated beautifully, very clean, and is up high enough to see the beautiful Gulf water but low enough that taking the stairs is easy if you don't want to wait on the elevator. I love that management is on site in case you need them. The master bathroom looks like it's been updated recently. The second bath is basic, but clean. The kitchen is gorgeous and well-stocked, but plan to bring some plastic bowls with lids (Rubbermaid type stuff) if you like to pack snacks for the beach, as there were no lids for anything in the condo. Easy enough though. My only complaint about my visit has nothing to do with the condo itself, but rather a building/city issue. The trash truck comes EVERY morning at 5 AM and has the reverse beeps on its truck, so whoever sleeps in the room closest to the door gets woken up every morning. This has happened to us in other condos in the building as well. You'd think the trash pick up folks could do something about that as to not wake up an entire building of vacationers at 5 AM. Sound machines and white noise do not drown this sound out, so put your heavy sleepers in that room. Ha! Still, I highly recommend this condo and Benchmark Management.

This condo is BEAUTIFUL and wonderfully remodeled. The door is hard to open - just push REALLY hard. I think we made our check-in overcomplicated because we thought the door was still locked, but it is just SUPER heavy and hard to open. A non-issue once we figured that out, though! The condo is small-ish, but has no wasted space and our family of 4 fit comfortably with plenty of room for all of our beach gear (we don't travel light)! The beach service chairs were an AMAZING service. Definitely worth the "upgrade" if you're considering this condo compared to another local listing. Kitchen is well-stocked for cooking, but make sure to bring your own coffee filters for the coffee pot. Beach is just a few short steps down a boardwalk (Note: There are several stairs to get down to the beach as with most of the boardwalks in this area.) Boardwalk has a great hose-off area for the kids and gear. Pool was visible off the balcony, but we couldn't hear a THING from it with the doors closed. This was a perfect stay for us and we hope to come back someday!

Great Birthday Staycation

We stayed here for a friend's little birthday staycation. Great location and the front desk was very helpful when checking in and out. The condo itself was very clean and cute and a wonderful view. Will definitely be back!

Loved it!

The property was clean and nicely decorated. The view was terrific. Access to the beach was excellent. Also, the complementary beach chairs and umbrella are an added bonus. Loved it and will probably book again next year! Highlt recommend.

xcellent Beach Getaway in Seagrove Beach

I recently stayed at this wonderful VRBO property in Seagrove Beach, and it was an exceptional experience. The location is perfect, just steps away from the beautiful beach, making it ideal for anyone looking to enjoy sun and sand.The property was impeccably clean upon arrival, which made for a very welcoming start to our vacation. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything needed for cooking, which was a big plus for our family as we enjoy preparing meals together.Overall, this property provided a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway. We definitely plan on returning for another stay!
