We loved it. The location cannot be beat. It’s an older property so if you are looking for fancy and new, move along. If you are looking for amazing view and comfortable place to rest after long days on a gorgeous beach, this one is top notch. The area really seems to be overtaken by fancy so there’s plenty of that if you are those folks. Leave this one for the rest of us!!!

Great location, great floor plan and enough room for my family - 5 of us. Kitchen well equipped with everything you'd need to cook. There were chairs, umbrellas and some beach toys available for our use. Property management team was awesome. Will return for sure.

The property was well stocked and beautiful. Very clean and everything worked just fine. The decor had a nice beach feel. The view was absolutely stunning from the balcony. There were lots of beach chairs a couple umbrellas and toys and such for the kids. There were five of us with two children ages 12 and 14 and I felt like we had plenty of space.

Perfect location

We had 40 people on this year's annual trip, spread out between 4 locations and within walking distance to each other for our 21st year coming to Seagrove beach. Our place was the favorite of all four. The view and proximity to the beach was fantastic. The unit was very comfortable and clean. It had everything we needed to cook in every night. Communication from the rental folks was exceptional. Thank you so much!!

Wonderful vacation!

The condo was very clean and has a great location. The beach is beautiful and we lucked out and had perfect weather all week. Everything is accurate in the description. People were placing their chairs out early to claim waterfront spots and it was relatively crowded likely due to the public beach being a short walk away. It was nice having one assigned parking spot but if you have a 2nd vehicle parking spots are limited and first come first served. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend!

Amazing Condo and amazing views!

Your condo was incredible. It is even better than expected. The view is amazing, the property owners were wonderful to work with and you can't beat the location...with two teens in the condo we had plenty of room and they could walk to Seaside or to the other way to a doughnut shop or ice cream parlor. We have stayed lots of place in and neat Sea Grove and havr never really thought to go back tthe same place....this WILL be a place we will come back to! If your wondering should you book here - do it! You will not be disappointed!

We loved sitting on the deck watching dolphins in the gulf, the pelicans fly in formation at eye level and hear the peaceful lapping of waves. The property was well stocked with everything you could need. Our only issue was spotty wifi. It was not consistent enough to work online, but then again, you're at the beach so put the work away and enjoy. Nice and centrally located. Would definitely stay again!

Plenty of restaurants and activities to choose from within walking distance or a short drive. We would stay here again and highly recommend this condo. Just don't be afraid of stairs.

Great condo! And Big Thanks to the owner to make it available at very short notice (our original rental was cancelled just a few minutes before our arrival - I think it was a scam). And we started to look for same day arrival vacation rentals and found this one! Very nice furnished and Great view! A+++! Thank you Gary for a quick response and for making it available at very short notice! This condo has everything you needed: beach umbrellas and chairs, stuff for kids to play in the sand, nice appliances and full set of utensils. Even spices! Thanks again!

Quick stay

We had a fabulous 4 generation stay & this condo was perfect for 4 adults & 1 child. Inside the condo was super clean & you can tell it is loved. Very nice mural on the wall. Really comfortable beds with lovely sheets. My only complaints are about the building, not inside the condo. There is no elevator so an elderly lady that damaged her Achilles tendon two weeks prior to our trip couldn't come. Second, the building desperately needs painting & it felt dirty around the exterior of the building. To reiterate, inside the condo was very clean. Management was very accommodating with the whole check-in process.
