Die am Golf gelegenen Palms at Seagrove befinden sich auf einer 25-Fuß-Klippe und bieten einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das smaragdgrüne Wasser und die zuckerweißen Sandstrände.

Diese Wohnung ist hell und hell mit Ozeanfarben von Türkis und Grün in einem Strandhaus Dekor. Die Ecke im Erdgeschoss befindet sich am nächsten zum Golf - Sie können auf der Couch sitzen und die Wellen beobachten oder direkt aus der Terrasse am Golf auf die Strandpromenade zum Strand treten. Die Ecke im Erdgeschoss öffnet sich auch zu einer schönen Rasenfläche für Kinder zum Spielen und verfügt über zusätzliche Fenster, die viel Sonnenschein, direkten Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang und eine sehr geräumige Atmosphäre mit 9 Fuß Decken bieten.

Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet mit allen neuen Flachbildfernsehern, Blu-ray DVD-Player, allen neuen Küchenschränken, Quarz-Arbeitsplatten und vielem mehr. Diese Unterkunft bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen und verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett, Schlafkojen auf dem Flur und ein Queensize-Schlafsofa (falls erforderlich) sowie 2 Vollbäder.

Perfect view and location

The only remark I have would be that the bedding should be replaced. It seems a bit old. And curtains should be hung in front bedroom due to outside light shining in all night. Other than that, everything was great!

Best location out of all the condos in C building

The 2 chairs and sofa in living room need to be updated. Bed was good. Extra toilet tissue would be good. Overall a quality experience. We will be booking this room again in 2023.

Love the location of the Palms and the proximity to the beach, which is not overcrowded. C5 was more updated than some of the other condos at the Palms but seemed smaller due to the size/age of the furniture/tv stand as well as the location of the owners closet. Loved the walk out patio but did not like the noise of the gate closing, the stairwell and the parking lot. Also condo needed some repairs including the broken microwave vent cover that fell off when closing the microwave door, the kitchen faucet that was loose at the base, had standing water on the kitchen floor couple times but could not determine source, the master bath tub faucet/shower head was not functioning properly, the hallway bathroom shower had low water pressure, electrical outlets needs evaluated with multiple extension cords/multiple things plugged into one outlet, and patio furniture needs painted. We also did not address large amount of beach belongings left on patio from prior guests that took up a lot of space we would have liked to use (wagon, chairs, etc).

Great Relaxing Place

This is a great, relaxing condo. This is a small complex right on 30A and this unit is probably the best unit in the whole complex with respect to location because the walk-out deck is closest to the beach stairs and parking is very convenient and ample. The beach is beautiful and there is enough space to "stretch out." The water was clear most days. This is very convenient to Seaside. We used our Vacayzen credit to rent a couple of bikes and had a great ride one morning all around the local communities. Publix is convenient and there are some other eateries. Brozinni's is a wonderful pizza place nearby. Mirimar Beach and Panama City are each about 30 min.-1 hour away depending on traffic closer to those areas. (There are no traffic issues at this location). We had 3 adults and 2 children (5 and 8). There are 2 separate bathrooms and they always had good water temp and pressure. There were no issues with appliances, air conditioning, or anything else provided. Great stay!

Quick January Get Away!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First of all, the weather was perfect, and January is a great time to stay. Less crowds and temp in the 60's and 70's in general. This condo is in a perfect location; literally steps away from the beach and only a little over a mile from Seaside's main square. Since it's a ground floor unit this allowed us to walk right out the back sliding glass doors to the beach. Because of its location, it's easy to leave the car parked and get around on bikes during the day. There are plenty of bike rental options within walking distance. The condo is nicely decorated, cute and beachy and has a well-stocked kitchen for staying in and cooking. Close to restaurants and shops. It's a treat to sit on the back patio with a glass of wine and watch the sunset over the water. Also, easy to get up last minute and make it out for sunrise too! Perfect for a couple or a family with kids. We've stayed here several times and have enjoyed it every time!

Condo was good, but not impressed with Benchmark

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was great, however, neither the beach gate code nor the pool gate code was provided. I had to jump over the pool fence to get out (after I was let in by another guest). We had been traveling for 12 hours, but early check-in not available and if you do they charge a fee (nickel and diming). Last, I left some clothes in the condo. I notified Benchmark immediately and filled out the “form”. It is now 6 days later and I cannot get an answer about the clothes I left. They keep saying “there’s a process”. How hard is it to let me know if the clothes are found or not? And one of the ladies I talked with was defensive and not friendly.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First of all, the weather was perfect, and January is a great time to stay. Less crowds and temp in the 60's and 70's in general. This condo is in a perfect location; literally steps away from the beach and only a little over a mile from Seaside's main square. Since it's a ground floor unit this allowed us to walk right out the back sliding glass doors to the beach. Because of its location, it's easy to leave the car parked and get around on bikes during the day. There are plenty of bike rental options within walking distance. The condo is nicely decorated, cute and beachy and has a well-stocked kitchen for staying in and cooking. Close to restaurants and shops. It's a treat to sit on the back patio with a glass of wine and watch the sunset over the water. Also, easy to get up last minute and make it out for sunrise too! Perfect for a couple or a family with kids. We've stayed here several times and have enjoyed it every time!

Quick January Get Away!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
