Welcome to The Beach Haus!
The Beach Haus is a luxurious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo located in the private community of Turtle Beach on the Gulf side of 30A. Situated less than 75 yards from a private beach, this stunning condo offers everything you need for a perfect beach getaway.
Important Information
Max Occupancy: 9 guests
Minimum Age to Book: 25 years (No Exceptions)
Check-in & Check-out: Check-in at 4:30 PM CDT and check-out at 9:00 AM CDT
Parking: 2 standard size vehicles permitted.
Starter Pack: Includes 3 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, hotel-style soaps for each bathroom, kitchen sponge, dish soap, dish towels, and a laundry pod pack
Kitchen: Equipped with standard appliances, Keurig, and traditional drip coffee maker.
Bikes/Golf Carts: Not included, but can be rented for an additional fee.
Beach Chairs and Umbrellas: Available for rent at the beach area for an additional fee
Heated Community Pool: The pool can be heated with advance notice (1 weeks time) for an additional fee of $55.00 per night. This is a community pool so we cannot restrict other guests from accessing it.
Condo Layout
Entryway: Guests enter the condo from the second floor and take private stairs to the third-level foyer. This private entryway offers additional storage for luggage, personal belongings, and beach accessories.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master Bedroom: King bed, en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, jacuzzi tub, stand-alone shower, and access to the south-facing balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.
Bedroom #2: Queen bed with a private bathroom equipped with a bath/shower combo.
Bedroom #3: Queen bed with shared Jack and Jill bathroom.
Bedroom #4: One full bed and one twin bed with shared Jack and Jill bathroom.
Living Area:
Kitchen: Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with modern stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, toaster, and all necessary plates, cups, and cutlery.
Dining Area: Formal dining table with seating for six, plus three additional seats at the granite-topped kitchen bar.
Balconies:
Designed for outdoor enjoyment, the condo features three balconies that provide excellent space for lounging and enjoying the sunrise and sunset over the Gulf of Mexico.

Seagrove Beach is a charming beach town on Scenic HWY 30A, nestled between Watersound Beach and Seaside, FL. Known for its beautiful beaches, terrific restaurants, farmers markets, and more, Seagrove Beach offers a quintessential coastal experience.
Beach Access: Less than a 75-yard walk from the condo, the private access way leads to the white sand beach where guests can rent beach chairs from a private vendor.
Pool Area: The private community pool at Turtle Beach can be heated during certain winter months, making it one of the few properties in the area with this feature.
Restrictions
No pets allowed.
No monthly rental discounts.
Length of stay restrictions may apply.
Minimum renter age is 25 years old.
No smoking in the condo, on the balconies, around the pool area, in the walkways, or any common areas.
No food or drinks allowed in bedrooms.
Guests must sign the rental agreement. Failure to do so could result in cancellation of the booking with no refund.
No RVs, trailers, watercraft, or large vans permitted. Overflow parking is not available.
Good Neighbor Policy
This is a family-oriented neighborhood, not a party home. Any vulgar language, excessively loud music, large parties, and unauthorized events are strictly prohibited. Violations of HOA rules or disturbances will result in eviction and forfeiture of all deposits.
