Sie werden diese charmante Wohnung direkt am Golf von Mexiko lieben! Das professionell dekorierte Mistral 10 ist ein Ort, an dem Sie auf dem Balkon sitzen und die warme Golfbrise und die Sonnenuntergänge genießen können. Diese atemberaubende Einheit im 2. Stock besteht aus 1 Schlafzimmer und 1 Badezimmer mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche mit Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl, hochwertigen Schränken, Armaturen und Granitoberflächen. Das Wohnzimmer ist geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet Ledersessel, einen 47-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher und kostenloses WIFI.

Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit wunderschöner Bettwäsche und einer weichen Matratze für eine angenehme Nachtruhe. Um das Verwöhnerlebnis abzurunden, verfügt das Schlafzimmer über einen an der Wand montierten 32-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher für späte Nächte und entspannte Morgenstunden. Die eingebauten Etagenbetten bieten einen eigenen Bereich sowie ein Queensize-Schlafsofa für zusätzliche Gäste. Das luxuriöse Badezimmer bietet eine wunderschön geflieste begehbare Dusche. Für zusätzlichen Komfort befindet sich eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner in voller Größe in der Einheit.

Diese komplett renovierte Wohnung bietet kostenlosen Strandkorbservice vom 1. März bis 31. Oktober. Je nach Wetterlage werden am Strand zwei Stühle und ein Sonnenschirm aufgestellt.

Die Mistral Condominiums befinden sich zwischen Rosemary Beach und Seagrove Beach und ermöglichen einen schnellen Zugang zu einer Vielzahl von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants entlang der Küste. Der 30 km lange, asphaltierte Radweg, der die gesamte Länge der malerischen Autobahn 30A abdeckt, befindet sich in günstiger Lage vor diesem Komplex.

Great condo. It needs a new couch. It has no pillow and you are sitting on metal. In addition, the bed mattress needs an upgrade.

Relaxing stay on the beach

The condo was well maintained and had all amenities. The beach view was beautiful and the beach was easily accessible. The management company stayed in touch to make sure we did not have any problems. I would recommend this property.

Perfect location

Memorial Day Weekend

Got this place for some girlfriends and I to spend Memorial Day weekend and it was great. This is the fourth time I’ve stayed a a Mistral Condo and it was fantastic as expected. Ideal location and so easy to just walk on the beach. Love coming to Mistral!

Perfect quiet getaway spot with a great view!

Location, price point and amenities met our needs exactly. Unit was clean, well equipped and convenient to everything we needed. Needed a change of scenery during Covid times and we were not disappointed. Spent most of the week on the beach or on the balcony. Feeling well rested and ready for 2021. Would definitely rent again!

Due to them being external, we have no control over their work schedule. Good view, property needs some upkeep

Property needs some maintenance. Management company was responsive to needs that could be addressed immediately. Sliding door is rusted and very difficult to slide..broken handle as well that was not fixed during our stay. Several electrical issues in unit as well- AC quit working one night. Kitchen is sparsely stocked and no extras such as salt/pepper/coffee filters etc in unit.

Mistral 10

Have stayed here twice. Condo is great and can’t beat location and view. One thing…items in condo are sparse…no salt/pepper, coffee filters, etc. Also only 1 wine glass, which is fine if only one person drinks wine lol. These are just a few small things that don’t really affect the stay, just would be nice if they were provided. Btw, beach chairs are included.

Great size for family of 4 with two teenage girls. View from balcony was amazing!! Only issue was the lack of wifi and cell service which the owners can't control. This was an issue when trying to get work done but was nice as it helped keep kids of their devices.

This property was terrible. The furniture was old and ragged. The AC was disugusting and dirty, blowing wet dust out of the vents. It was verry muggy as the AC wasnt properly dehumidifying the space. The back door was very heavy and basically impossible to move. The porch was leaning horribly and felt completely unsafe. The WIFI was also terrible, very little reception and very slow. We left a day early because this property was awful and not worth the price. Highly do NOT recommend.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very clean and adequately supplied. It is a bit dated but still very nice. The location is perfect. Private beach is maintained by beach crew, No worries about being overcrowded. The internet name and password in the Guide was incorrect. I found them on the router sticker. I wish our stay had been longer!

Beautiful home on the beach!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay at Mistral 10. It was a beautiful home with a great location located directly on the beach which we loved! We thought this condo was a great location with access to do many great things! We do wish that the patio wasn’t so sloped and the furniture was more comfortable on the patio and in the condo. We also thought it was frustrating only having one roll of toiletpaper given the entire stay and no beach towels for the condo. Overall it was very enjoyable and would probably stay again!

Please note that it is always quite a task to furnish vacation rentals as each person has their unique preference. We will however make the necessary checks and changes. Use caution

I would not rent here as I feel they have poor business practices. Sadly, I got Covid 2 days before my trip and was told “too bad too sad” and lost my trip and all my money. I was looking to reschedule for the off season or some voucher. Nope! Nothing!!! Just “get the insurance next time!!”

Only reason to stay here is the view.

Absolutely incredible view of the gulf !!! But unit is small and dated. My wife slept in the hall bunk bed after the first night because the master bed was so uncomfortable. Bedroom closet was full of stuff so could only hang a few things. No place in bedroom for your clothes. Sliding glass door is quite difficult to open/close. We were celebrating our anniversary but there was only one wine glass. But the view of the gulf was fabulous!!!

Not the best stay we have had

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 4 units in our party, 3 of the 4 had issues. Our fridge was out and oven didn’t work properly. Small fridge that was supplied froze what food it would hold and wasted most of our groceries. That isn’t acceptable, should have replaced the fridge in the condo. Probably cheaper than having it fixed to begin with!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and love the private beach. Unit includes chairs and umbrella set up on beach. Kitchen is lacking many basics - can opener, oven mits, cookie sheets and lids for pots. Extra blankets and comforter needed to be laundered before using. Agree with other reviews about balcony floor slanting. Management company responded within 30 minutes for lockout due to defective lock. Unit is comfortable just needs some attention. Benchmark excellent with communication and highly recommend them. management company.
